They will close kinda randomly due to weather and we aren't taking about during a snow storm. The only way I make sense of it is because it's too cold? Because it's 10 degree out and people don't want to come to work or the water will freeze? 2. The VIP service is meant to be unlimited washes but I was annoyed to find out that they limited it to 1 per day. I was planning to get a wash right away because the first was not good enough but nope, that isn't allowed. 3. Lastly, there is a lack of customer service most of the time. They try to sell you for the VIP service but isn't around to help much. Here is why 2 stars: 1. Cancellation was easy. 2. It was convenient location for me. 3. During the middle of the weekday, convenient.

The self wash is the better value, but I found that some of the self-service bays leave faint scratches on my car so I usually stick with the no touch. But the last few washes haven't been great. $22 bucks for a wash and the top of my car is still dirty. I probably won't use them again.

FYI, the undercarriage wash starts right away, so be sure to drive in slower to get a better clean. Rest of my wash went well. After the wash, I took a look at the car and it seems the top of the back window area was still a little dirty from suds. I did also attach a photo from the roof of the car, which looks absolutely pristine and ultra reflective. I went in with a pretty dirty car that had dust all over, old water stains on the roof, and some streaks of mud/dirt on the doors. Save for that spot on the top of the back window, everything else looks very clean and I'm pretty satisfied, especially knowing the bottom of my car got a decent cleaning from the salt during the winter months. The first time I went, I was a little embarrassed; my cars interior was full of leaves and dirt from the winter/spring. This place has a full crew working on the car. The basic full service includes vacuuming and dusting inside, then wash outside, for $37.50! And they are doing a consistently good job, in less than 20 min! Small waiting area, but you don't have to linger for long. As part of this review, I posted a photo with the add-ons, a VIP spa menu for cars. You can get your car pampered at any level you wish! They always had issues with the self-service bays. Often the soap wasn't working, or the rinse was mixed with dirty soapy water that wouldn't let you rinse it properly. So I am not surprised that they went out of business. However Prestige took it on another level. They raised prices for everything, including self-service bays and... made it worse. The equipment is old and outdated, it barely functions and they ask for way more money now. Also, they shut down touchless bay, so no more of this service for you (if you were looking for it). I am willing to drive 10 more miles just to have a good car wash. Unfortunately, as almost always with Prestige - once they touch something, they ruing it in attempt to satisfy their money greed.

When I told them the manager said I had asked for the carpets not the seats(seriously, I know why I brought my car in to be cleaned for) after going back and forth they said they would do the seats for $70 more, they had to be done so I managed to talk them into giving me $20 off so it cost me $50 more, $210 for subpar cleaning will never go back to them again!
