Olympia Auto Sales and RV, Rod and team are excellent. I had…read morean absolutely outstanding experience with this dealership, and I can't recommend them highly enough. I bought my vehicle expecting a typical used car dealership interaction, but what I received was something far beyond that. Within a short time after purchasing my truck, I had a major vehicle break down. Not only did they take the time to thoroughly look over my car, but they went out of their way to fix that issue even though they were under no obligation to do so and could have given me the you signed the "as is" and refused to fix it. Instead, they fixed it. That level of honesty and integrity is incredibly rare these days. Rod and the team were professional, respectful, and genuinely cared about correcting the mechanicalbreak down. They communicated clearly throughout the process and treated me with a level of kindness that really stood out. It's easy to be skeptical when dealing with used car lots, but this experience completely changed my perspective. If you're looking for a dealership that stands behind good values and puts customers first, this is the place to go. I'll definitely be coming back in the future and recommending them to friends and family.

DO NOT TRUST THIS BUSINESS. I went with my girlfriend in April this year when she was looking to…read morebuy a new car. We looked at one Subaru she had really liked online, took it for a test drive, realized the interior was disgusting and the check engine light came on when she was driving it. We got back to the shop and asked them to look at the car. He said the mechanic took a look at it and that it needed $1,500 worth of 'small repairs', but REFUSED TO TELL US what was actually wrong with the vehicle saying that their mechanic 'just left for another shop and he couldn't ask him'. At that point, my girlfriend was on the fence about buying the car because of the condition, and the sales guy pushed her saying 'I'm losing money on this car, I know you want it so let's just start the paperwork' and started the paperwork anyways. After she and I talked at his desk for maybe thirty minutes, we decided to ask if we could look at another Subaru they had instead. I paid for a car fax report on the second car that did not show any major issues, and he stated that the car was in good condition, and that it had been traded in three months after the last purchase because 'the woman ended up having triplets and needed a bigger vehicle'. I should have know he was lying through his teeth. We did a shorter test drive and it seemed okay, and the interior was in supposedly better condition than the previous one. She bought the car, since her old one was literally about to die. They pushed a warranty that she did not buy because the vehicle already went over the loan amount she was initially approved for and money is very tight for us right now. Within a WEEK, the car stopped working. The catalytic converter is f*cked, and after finally being able to take it to a mechanic this week, almost two full months later, the car needs $6,700 IN REPAIRS, ALMOST 80% OF THE AMOUNT SHE PAID FOR IT. They KNEW about these issues and sold her the car anyways! So now she doesn't have a car, and has to go back to work next week after being out for three months. Neither of us make enough to be able to buy ANOTHER NEW FRACKING CAR AFTER THE ONE SHE JUST BOUGHT DOESN'T FRACKING WORK. So thanks, Oly Auto Sales, for being the shittiest dealership to EVER exist!

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Campers Choice…read more We dropped our trailer off on June 5 with a clear list of requested work: seal the roof, repair or replace the skylight, caulk the windows, and service the A/C (or replace it if necessary). On the way to the shop, we also had a tire blowout that caused additional damages and insurance getting involved. After having our trailer for nearly three weeks, we received a call saying it was ready. We were told the tires had been replaced, the wheel bearings repacked, the inspection completed, and the skylight repaired. However, before we picked it up, we received another call admitting the skylight had not actually been repaired. When we arrived, we also discovered the A/C had not been serviced and the window caulking had not been done either. My biggest frustration isn't just that the requested work wasn't completed--it's the lack of communication and being told repairs were finished when they were not. After waiting three weeks I expected honest communication and for the work we requested to be completed or, at the very least, to be informed if it couldn't be. We had to call many times for updates and to ensure our trailer would be usable by the 4th of July weekend. After picking up the trailer on June 26th we had requested a manager to call us and were told he would call on the 27th. Today is July 1st and still no call to date. Unfortunately, this experience left us feeling frustrated, disappointed, and unable to trust the information I was given. I hope Campers Choice improves its communication and follow-through so other customers don't have a similar experience.
