Blair offered to sell our RV and camper on consignment. Office manager sent the owner to our house to check them out. He looked at RV and opted to not sell that for us but was sending a truck to pick up the camper next day. No one showed up. New pick up date was set the following week and no one came again. An email from the office manager said they decided not to take on the camper either. We wasted a lot of time. read more

When I pulled up I saw signs directing me where to go for help. It was a walk window :-) Greeting and asked what I was searching for, what price range and if the age of the rv was important. Went in looking for a small motor home. There was a newer class c out of my price range, older class b and was priced in expensive but the quality or it reflected the price. I was shown a mid aged class b that was beautiful and well taken care of. In my price range as well. We handled paperwork in short time. Was shown how to operate the appliances and given a packet "RV Education 101". Lots of helpful information on it for the future. Very happy with the sale process and how I was treated. They also have full rv service department that was readily available for appointments. They also are helping me sell my rv I no longer use. Worst business i have been to in a long time. They wanted $500 non refundable to show that everything works. Their tech did not listen and showed us the, faulty furnace, propane leak, bad:tires,brakes and bushings. They put clear epoxy over broken welds and then painted it silver to look like it was welded. There a plenty of trustworthy businesses. I really dont like being negative however this place does not only try to financially rip you off they also will put your family at risk under the "sold as is" umbrella. They sold me an RV for $5,200 that needs close to $5,000 in brake work. They refuse to even look at the vehicle and offer any kind of help and only give me a bunch of BS. I'm wasn't even asking them to fix anything, just to look at it and see if they had another opinion or could fix it cheaper. They are terrible and don't care AT ALL about their customers. I'm a mother of five and can barely afford to buy the RV let alone pay double for brake work. DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM WITHOUT GETTING EVERYTHING CHECKED BY A MECHANIC FIRST!!! I partially blame myself because I should have checked it first, but they could have been more helpful. I feel like they had to have known that the brakes were bad when they sold it to me. read more

We purchased a 2015 used travel trailer from these people in October 2018, via their "then" salesman (who no longer exists). 6 months later, we decided our trailer was not for us, after two uses, and we asked to have the trailer consigned back for sale with them, as we were told to do if it was not the right item for us. We were quoted a 7 thousand dollar loss, if we consigned with these people. Buyer beware, be sure to do ALL of your homework before driving in to this organization. read more

I brought my RV in on the weekend for an inspection and was told both in phone and in person that it would be done the next morning. Three days later after leaving messages I finally got a live person on the phone and was was then told that they were "swamped" and couldn't get to it for another week at least. In short, the mechanic couldn't be bothered, did no diagnostics, just told me he turned the lights etc on and off to see if they worked and stopped the inspection because he didn't think it was worth anything. If you don't have time to read further, my advice in short is to not trust their mechanics, or the owner. I should have left after meeting the mechanic when dropping the RV off. He treated me like a child and my vintage RV like it was a child's toy. I doubt he would have treated a male customer the same way. When I said I wanted to do much of the work myself, he said I wouldn't be able to. He even said I wouldn't be able to successfully chalk it myself, which I know is something almost any RVer can do and does as regular maintainance. When after leaving messages the mechanic returned my call a week later, he said with seeming sympathy that it was beyond repair, the manufacturer was out of business and that the parts it needed were no longer being made, etc. I later found out that parts are readily accessible, both new from other manufactures, and that in instances like the water heater updates could be simple by replacing them with a new more efficient and cost effective replacement. When I called again after other RVers advised to get more details, and asked when he was free to tell me in person, (the phone line was very bad) he said "Thats; the thing, I'm never free, time is money, I can't just meet with you, it costs money." When I asked for detailed information in writing he told me "I never put things in writing" When I said that wasn't acceptable he contradicted his earlier statement and said it was all in the work order. When I finally saw the work order it completely contradicted what he told me on the phone, He said he did me a favor by cutting the inspection short and would cut the bill to half, $150, ( I was quoted $200 originally on the phone and when dropping it off,) When I asked if he did anything besides turning switches on and off, something I could do myself, he said "no" that they would have to charge $150 an hour and it would take hours to for example check what was wrong with the heater. I told him I didn't bring my RV in just to be turned on and off and charged $150 and waste time I could have spent doing the repairs myself. I spoke to the sales manager who earlier had reassured me, and he told me it wasn't the first call he had gotten regarding that mechanic and that the owner would call me back that day. I had to call twice, but the owner did get back to me, but told me that he would have to talk to his mechanic next week, , that the mechanic gave him a different story earlier in the day, and that he would not take any more off the bill, that I should have been charged $300. The owner's attitude was much the same as the mechanics, he didn't believe me, but would talk to his mechanic again. We left it that he would call back and if he felt it was warranted would refund part of their fee. No surprise, I never got a call back. Funny thing is, if the mechanic had told me the truth using the info from the work order, I would have authorized them to do at least one of the repairs, replacing the water pump. If I went with the mechanic's advice I would have sold the RV at a loss, and tossed away my RVing plans. Because of various online forums, and friends at Facebook advised I get a second opinion I am now successfully fixing most of the problems myself, and will go to a more trustworthy mechanic who understands vintage trailers and respects that their female customers can indeed chalk and otherwise maintain their own trailers. Blair's I% RV delayed my travel plans by two weeks, cost me money, inconvenience, and considerable heartache. I should not have to go to social media to get better advice than a mechanic. Balir's I5 RV was bought from the family of the previous owner after his death, and worked under a different name at the same location. When I called and asked if this was the same place, which had a reputation for honest work, I was assured it was, just with a name change. read more

Typical sleazy sales man. We were told we were getting a travel trailer that did not leak. It appeared dry during the rainy week that we looked at it. We parked it in storage and checked on it 2 days later and the trailer had a large amount of condensation and a few puddles of water. We called Blairs and let them know what happened and they played dumb. They claimed that they had the trailer for a week... now they said they had it for a month and it had never done that. They said to bring it down and they would help- They definitely didn't. Now we have a leaky, rotten, over priced travel trailer. read more

On 4/29/15, we were looking at Used, Inexpensive motorhomes to purchase. We had our financing in Alaska; just needed to purchase & drive home. Blair convinced us to buy his "own, personal" 1998 Fleetwood Jamboree GT which he said "has only been in Winthrop & Rochester & hardly even lived in because he is in Hawaii most of the year". We were told it was mechanically sound & ready to drive to Alaska, except it was still "winterized with antifreeze in the pipes & holding tank because he just drove it over from Winthrop". We waited entire day & told them we could not spend the night while they finish flushing it & cleaning it, inside & out. It was a beautiful, hot, sunny day & no one was getting to the continued flushings! We had to keep asking & got "not yet". At about 745pm, we finally headed N. to return our rental car in Seattle & head N. up the AlCan Hwy. On 5/2/15, I wrote the following email to Blair: "Blair, I hope your check arrived. We are on the road in Canada headed to the Yukon. I don't know when we'll get reception again, but this will send then. Some issues fyi: *Heat, after 2 days, blowing only cold air, yes, we have Propane. *Tailpipe connector on Generator must have been loose, just hanging & we have no tools so haven't been running it. *Half the running lights are dead *3 drawers totally unusable IF can open because bottoms broken. *4 plastic bins of women's underwear in bedroom cupboard.... *curtain/blind behind driver unusable. *AntiFreeze definitely still in tank due to dark pink water so it's also unusable." NO RESPONSE! We arrived home to Palmer, Alaska & had to call a Mobile RV tech. to change fuse for our heater to work (temp.) & they couldn't remove generator but had to drain it into every container we could find due to most of it containing WATER, not fuel, which Blair informed us was NOT the case. We also had the entire carpet soaked next to the bathroom & severe stain starting to show in the kitchen area by sink. He checked them out but didn't see leakage at that time. We also had to flush 4x to get rid of the pink antifreeze water throughout the system. We used it twice in Alaska to visit friends N & S of us. Then, again, medical, we had to sell our house & move into the motorhome, to eventually move to WA State. We, luckily got to Camp Host, not moving over the summer from 5/23/16 to 8/3/16. LUCKILY? during that time, instead of down the AlCan Hwy again, the bathroom lower pipes were leaking on pavement & we called the same Mobile RV Tech. who did not charge us a cent (THAT's good customer svc) because of missing the leak a year earlier. He left and 1 hour later, we texted to come quick, emergency! The hot water tank was empty & all the water over the carpeting, steps & pavement, near that other stain we never could figure out. He comes out & takes it all apart and the hot water heater had a massive crack in it and when removed had OLD, also MASSIVE rats' nests everywhere around that area. UGH!!! $900 later + a few days, I step down the stairs and the entire stairs fall to the ground with me on them. This was caused by the water heater HAVING LEAKED for years and destroying the wood & bolts holding up the stairs & we now know our stain problem. We used an RV Concierge to get rid of the stain & still can't get rid of it. Before we head down the AlCan Hwy again,, we take it to an Custom RV repair shop (WE TRUST) and there is a severe propane leak from the fridge that was old also. AND THEN, owner states to not take bumpy roads too quickly because the entire cab over the driver/passenger area is dropping and seal is open all the way around. His price for fixing was too much and he said to seal it and re-seal it every chance we get, which we did & do. In Aug2016, we leave Alaska and move to WA State. We have a Berkey Water filtration unit (I highly recommend these!) but somewhere along the line, saw our holding tank water in a clear, large container & there was mold, algae, things swimming, need I say more? in it. We winterized over the Winter of 2015 and flushed it, over & over again, more than thoroughly, before this trip. It is (not was) a someone NEVER CLEANING with bleach solution over YEARS problem. Dec2016. We moved to W.WA to NOT freeze over Winter (before buying a house in E.WA). Our furnace quit working & would not ignite (temps ARE FREEZING because of El Nina). We finally get a Mobile Tech. out & it is the 'burner. The burner is RUSTED to the CASING. He couldn't remove burner because it was so rusted to the casing and shook & pulled on the casing & IT wouldn't budge either. The owner called me later to explain no parts available anywhere (I will look on ebay, etc. to find it & call them back). In the meantime, tech's shaking gave us temp.heat (for now). ONLY THING NOT BLAIR'S DOING is our holding tank & hoses are now frozen... UGH read more

I give this RV Dealership a Zero rating, I gave one because I had to in order to share my comment here, otherwise I give them ZERO! Last week my Husband contacted Blair's RV to inquire about getting an estimate done on a bathroom floor repair for our RV. They said sure they could give an estimate. Sad news is, when he drove almost over an hour (1 way) towing the RV to Blair's, when he got there, they told him there was a 99.00 estimate fee. Now why on earth did they not tell him this on the phone last week?? And to boot, after taking our RV to 4 other RV Repair businesses, not ONE of the others charged an estimate fee. Folks, if you call or take your business to Blair's RV make sure you ask up front all of the fees and expenses this business will charge you and write it down on a piece of paper and pack it into Blair's and confirm all of those fees and ask for any others in writing. A business like this who cannot be up front and honest with its Customers/Patrons at the very first point of contact, CANNOT be trusted AT ALL! I say chose another RV Repair...or Purchasing of RV's at that, we got a bum steer on a simple repair request and sure glad we didn't purchase anything from them. YIKES! read more
