Walking in to a new gym can be daunting and downright scary, but walking into Top Performance I was greeted warmly by staff as well as members. There was definitely a family vibe going on. The gym is clean, well maintained and is uncluttered. The workouts are AMAZING! They are challenging but doable. Yup, i'm old lol lol Top Performance Fit Club ... is a community, a supportive second family. Everyone is welcome and the trainers help you adapt exercise/circuits to your level. For example, i'm 54 years old with herniated discs in my neck and lumbar . Strength training is good for me but with modifications. The trainers help me to adapt all exercises to my skill level. I always get a fabulous workout and burn tons of calories. And, i workout with all levels and ages. Everyone works according to what they can do. I also appreciate that this is NOT one of those places that tries to sell you potions and lotions . No pushing some trendy diet of the week. Not a place where peeps try to show off their expensive sweat attire ... nor, is anyone worried about their hair and make up for selfies .....Just REAL / TRUE... fitness lifestyle. It's about being healthy and staying healthy.They promote this vision always. The gym is constantly cleaned after each use/each client. You see the trainers disinfecting dumbbells, kettle balls , and all other equipment. There are also hand sanitizers through out the gym for you to use. And, two very clean All Gender bathrooms stocked with soap, paper towels, and even a few toiletries in case ur on ur way to work. Plenty of free parking behind the gym and u can also park in front of the gym. Cubbies to put your personal belongings are within view and near locked doors, so u always feel safe.
