Know Canis 3 years ago when she still a master trainer in LA fitness, one of the most responsible trainer I have ever had, she's very professional and encouraging, I will definitely recommend to my friends and someone who need a personal trainer to pursue their body goal!! Highly recommend!!! You won't regret it

Been training for almost 10 years , I try so many different fitness and try so many trainers. Now, I know what I want and need. Every time I trained I can feel how the trainer modifies us excise to fit what we particular need both cardio and weight training. I workout 3 time a week I can feel my body is firm and in good shape. I really love my workout routine and enjoy the benefits of training. I am getting stronger and healthier. Highly recommended

Since F45 is a franchise, it's pretty fun to think that people across the world are doing the exact same workout as we are here in Pasadena. When traveling to different states, or even other countries, I've been able to visit studios there and I love the familiarity of it. There's no awkwardness or intimidation factor since it feels like home. The Pasadena studio is family-owned and the owners, Gabe & Michelle, take feedback and concerns seriously. They're always looking for ways to make the experience better and I love that personal touch. They've put a huge emphasis on building community among the members so that the studio isn't just a place to exercise but a place to form friendships. The coaches at Pasadena make the effort to get to know the members personally and are super friendly and motivating. They push you but are also sensitive to injuries or limitations and are able to provide modifications, if needed. When I don't feeling like getting out of bed and over to class, I know I can count on them to be there energized & ready to go. Thank you, F45 Pasadena!

This allows me to sufficiently warm up and I feel like I'm getting the most out of my workout. You only switch once during the combo so I definitely can take my time and do quality reps. Seriously there is nothing more annoying that switching between workouts super quickly and I don't even have time to catch my breath so please keep this format!

Game changer and much better use of space. I've been liking this new format because it added room for the strength and weight-training portion of the class. The benches are really nice and each bench has your own set of weights ranging from 7.5 to 25 pounds. Not having to get the weights you think you'll need for class is really helpful. For me, I still average around 2-3 miles per Combo class and that's perfect for me. This new format helps me hit more muscle groups than before! I also like the screens showing the strength moves on the strength side so it's easier to remember. Instructors and staff are all still amazing and welcoming. Definitely a class worth checking out!

Committing to just one gym is difficult when each person goes through their productive, creative, or hibernation periods. I've wanted a place that made me look forward to going and not finding reasons to skip out. After some time with ClassPass, a 45-day workout challenge and a dozen-full of memorable buddy pass classes later, I finally made a decision I've been happy with since. Basecamp for the win. Love their lower to upper to full body workout schedule, the alternation between cardio and strength, the change/rotation of class layouts, their equipment, and of course, the instructors and team themselves. Special appreciation for the 9am goers because they became a solid community for me when I was going through some post-grad life transitions and turbulence. Somehow, when I was considering what to properly invest in while sacrificing to save money from other things, this was a good alternative investment that has sparked back some love for workout classes again. Fast forward to today, and I'm leaving to a new state with skills and confidence I never imagined possible: throwing weight over my head and squatting it, getting a double-under with a jump rope, running a full mile without stopping, and so much more. I'm also leaving in the best shape of my life and with friendships that feel more like family. This gym is incredibly welcoming and supportive of all ages, backgrounds, and fitness levels. If you're new to CrossFit, know that it will be challenging at first, but if you pace yourself and stick with it, you'll likely fall in love with it just like so many of us have, ESPECIALLY at Big Bang Athletics.

They don't make me hate the work out (not always anyways haha) and I feel comfortable walking in to the box on my own, not feeling like I don't fit in or that I shouldn't be there. The members here are very welcoming and nice, and I think that's the type of environment the owner, Fernando, really tries to embrace at the box. I would dread going to the gym, but I don't ever feel that way at Big Bang. When I miss a day, I actually look forward to my next workout day. I've been going for about 4 months now and if you're looking for challenging workouts to test yourself mentally and physically, Big Bang is a place to go. I've lifted weights that I never thought I would be able to do all thanks to the coaches here. One of the things that I love about going here is that the coaches top priority is your safety. So they focus on form and technique to ensure you're doing the movements right without hurting yourself. They don't expect you to lift heavy and would prefer that you go light with correct form than to do heavy with bad form that would lead to injuries. They watch your work out and correct your form as needed. On top of that, they are very motivating. Not only are they watching you for your safety, but they're cheering you on to keep moving. And this isn't done in an aggressive way to keep you moving, but in an encouraging way like they believe in you. The members here are the same! Some members from the prior class will stick around to do cool down or what not, but they also encourage you to keep moving during your workout as well and help you if needed. They'll even encourage you to put on more weight to challenge yourself. You'll be surprised what you can actually do if you tried. I feel myself getting stronger each time and honestly I love the idea of working out 10-20 minute work out a day and feel like I got a total body workout. It totally beats going to the gym for an hour and I feel more efficient during my short WOD. Plus each day is different, so I know I'm working every part of my body and not letting it be missed. The movements may be similar, but each day is always different during the week. So you won't ever get bored of the workout.. just maybe tired haha.

Um please tell me how this is free. *TLDR: Coaches are supportive. "Nutritionist" sucks and inexperienced. Does not listen. Don't get suckered by Fabian and his false claims. He just wants your money, doesn't care about your fitness goals. He comes at you with an aggressive sales approach and not as a trainer who cares about your goal. I let myself be suckered and sign up (after some negotiations) but I felt pressured as Fabian kept trying to pitch his sale to get me to sign up & I didn't put my foot down hard enough to say "No, I want to continue my 'free' trail and think about it" Prior to this, he was also blowing up my phone with calls and text. I should've taken that as a sign. I signed up for the "free" 6 week transformation that was supposed to include a meal plan and nutritionist and coach to help with "accountability" They provide one meal plan that's supposed to be a one fit all. I didn't like that. I expressed my challenge with food with the nutritionist and she was not helpful. After week two, I didn't bother with her as she wasn't really listening to my issues and needs. Didn't like the caveat of signing up for a membership. Don't see how this program was "free" yet you're stuck to a contract. I found out other members were paying different prices (with the same type of membership). Understable that sign up time was different but those within the same time frame were paying lower or even higher (ridiculous!). I even had issues trying to cancel my membership. Keywords on contract makes a difference. I don't understand why a month notice is required when they charge on a weekly basis. They don't tell you your membership is coming to an end either and try to lock you in longer. Typically you would be able to cancel and finish off the remaining days. They tried to keep me on past my contract date stating I needed to give at least a 30 days notice. Ridiculous. The coaches are nice and do care about your progress. They were really the only thing I liked about this place. They start noticing what you can do to help motivate you. I got plenty of sweat sessions. The class is good for beginners or people who don't want to think about their workout/don't know what to do. However, I left as soon as I could to stop giving Fabian my money. If you want actual personal training, find a personal trainer where you can get a real 1:1 session. Based on the price, it's not worth it. It's way too much when it's not a real personal session.
