0 stars. I utilized this property management in 2021 and it was so awful that it still has me furious when thought about. Our house caught on fire due to the property owner negligence (bathroom fan) and it was handled AWFUL. We were out of the house as soon as it happened and not only did the property management team become hard to contact, all they asked is "when can you have your things out?" Per our lease we were due a reenbursement for the rent paid for the month and NOTHING. we went to gather our things the following week when we found a new place to rent and they packed and boxed our items without warning or permission and sent us a bill for thousands of dollars as a threat when we threatened to take them to small claims court. I wish I could give 0 stars. I am currently leasing a home with this company and I can not wait until the lease ends a year from now. I've only been in the home 2-3 days! This goes to show how satisfied I am with the services provided by TOP Property Shop. They clearly do not communicate with the owner of the homes they lease or the owners with the agency, or possibly neither care. The condition of the house we are leasing is terrible. TOP Property Shop does not answer calls it's a waste of your time and money. The home we leased had a pipe missing for the 3 days we have been there. My family wondered and wondered why the City of Phoenix said they couldn't do anything until we fixed something. Then we saw what was wrong. I must have called TOP Property 20 times to get a hold of anyone and nothing. Until, finally the agent Michael Carsey answered. He said we would have to wait a whole other day to have it fixed. Keep in mind humans need to wash their hands, go to the restroom, shower, and wash dishes with water. We decided to take matters into our own hands. We bought and fixed the pipe. We had toddlers at home that needed the restroom for those days we had no water. The poor kids had to use the potty without flushing. That's absolutely not acceptable. Yes, there is a form you are given to fill out and fax to the agency with damages you see when you first move into homes. Clearly so that you are not charged with damages that should be fixed before leasing homes out. Although, it is the agency and the homeowner's responsibility to complete a walk through and clean the homes before leasing. We will continue with the home because it is a contract agreement not because we like the services or the home condition. Other damages of the home: 1. Broken mirror closet doors 2. Half of the outlets in the home are broken. 3. The house was filthy. 4. The house has wooden floors that are majorly damaged. 5. The locks don't work and need to be replaced. Including some that are backwards. 6. Two rooms have no closet doors for some reason. 7. When you need maintenance done in the home your leasing, the maintenance crews tell you to call them just so that they can tell you they're to busy to take your call. You are told "call back when I have my schedule with me". This is when a company should call you instead for maintenance issues. 8. If you take maintenance issues into your own hands and fix your home you are leasing, you are NOT refunded. The company lacks to communicate with you. There are many other little things that could have been fixed before the home was leased. Save your money, time and tell other friends and family to save theirs. read more

I provide a review today to tell you about my experience with top property shop. I was living in a townhouse in Mesa, and they were in Glendale, clear across town. They had no clue, nor did they care that I lived in the worst area in the entire Phoenix East Valley. They came on board when the townhouse was sold. Though friendly at first, immediately thereafter, they began to show their true colors. The began to push me around in every way. Required maintenance slipped badly, rent went up drastically and they would not communicate concerns I had with the owner whatsoever. This made me angry no end - but they kept pushing. I have never been strong-armed like this from a company before or since. As I was renting and unable to reach the owner; my options were limited. As mentioned, maintenance would take days to accomplish. One example was the toilet became clogged and it took almost a week to get fixed. Luckily, there was another toilet in the second bathroom. The most glaring example of lack of maintenance was when the air conditioning went out. It took five days to fix it in sweltering heat. This was plainly unacceptable to me as it would be to most people. If this wasn't insulting enough, they refused to answer phone calls of any kind You had to communicate to them through their computer portal only. Of course, this took days as well. They became very adept at hiding behind a computer and keyboard. They were immediately fired by the owner when I left the residence. They were the reason I left! To top it off, I sent them a 30-day vacating notice of intent to vacate. I sent certified so that to make sure that they would get it. For a week they claimed they did not get it because it was not delivered to their place of business. They had no idea that you had to be there for them to deliver the certified letter. This is how sophisticated they are. This is the kind of treatment service you want go with top property shop. Finally, I did not get all of my deposit back with no reason given. This is hands-down the best property management company I have ever dealt with!!! We had the pleasure of working with Mike whom I truly believe honestly cares about his tenants. We didn't have many problems with the unit but when we did they were always addressed the very same day we brought them up :-) I'm actually sad that I had to move recently because this company is a pleasure to deal with. This guy is a rip off. I had a great rental that I needed help with just finding a good tenant and I enlisted Michael Carsey, Broker of Top Property Shop in Glendale, AZ. He barely put a sign up and someone who had been trying to reach me to rent contacted him and he ran the checks...bam they qualified. But then Michael tried to pull a fast one and tried to charge me a % fee based on a 2 year lease which is not how it works. I have done this before and the fee is based on 10% of one years rent regardless of the term of the lease but he thought he would pull a fast one and charge me on 2 yrs. I was going to file a complaint to the Real Estate Board but he accepted my check for the one year. But now I am looking at the copy of the lease he sent me 2 1/2 yrs later and he never got the tenants to sign the lease....what a jerk. So he got paid and I never got a signed lease from him. I would never take another chance doing business with this outfit for rental or sales with a car salesman like mentality. Definitely do not recommend. read more
