My friend I was with is a fussy eater and Nandos let you pick exactly what you want so it was a winner in our eyes. You know what to expect in Nandos, you pretty much seat and serve yourself, they just do the cooking. I think that's why I was surprised to be met at the door by a very happy and friendly door host who escorted us upstairs to the child-free area (what a great idea, other restaurants take note!) and gave us some menus. Of course we still had to go to the till and order ourselves but the guy there was equally as happy and helpful despite things getting really busy. Our food was served promptly and was really good, exactly what I needed. The other servers were dead helpful too, you really expect minimal service here and what we received was above and beyond. I went back on Wednesday and it was just as good again. Maybe this branch is just a lot better than others but I know for sure I'll be back again before I actually finish my Christmas shopping!

The staff seemed unwilling to help and quite poor service overall. Inside, it is pretty much a typical Subway store in terms of décor, it doesn't feel the nicest or most modern of places, it is just okay if of course you've managed to get into the store. This store is below average in terms of most qualities, which also considering the access to this store being terrible and the poor service, I sadly feel this branch deserves a single one star rating.
