After relocating here I had a massive bug cemetery all over my hood. So of course I had to check this place out. The staff was very friendly. I decided to upgrade the wash to their more premium wash since my car needed a little care. Compared to other washes they were a little pricey but my concern was mainly the quality. I'm willing to pay a premium for premium service. They took my car and we were off to the races. After about 20 minutes they completed my car. I was impressed by the way they cleaned the interior. It was definitely a site for sore eyes. The outside got cleaned fairly well unfortunately it didn't get all the bugs off the grill but for the most part it they did a great job. My only complaint is the bugs not getting completely cleaned off the car. Overall I think they offer a great value considering the prices. The staff did a stellar job with the interior and drying. They even gave me an air freshener which smelt great. I'll definitely be back!

First off, they had a phone number to text to get a free car wash. Awesome! So, I texted the number and they sent me the coupon DAYS LATER. So, we went today and I pulled in to get the trash out of my vehicle (I had my 10 year old son, who has severe autism, with me, and he hates vacuums), and I was accosted by an employee asking me if I was going to get my car washed. I said "Yes. I have a coupon, I'm trying you guys out for the first time." He said "Well, we have people get in line to have the exterior of their car washed before they vacuum." I said "I'm not using the vacuum today, I'm just getting my trash out and having the exterior cleaned." He got an attitude with me, and even attempted to put the trash back into my reusable bag I use as a trash bag in my car. I balled up my bag and just said "I'm going to redeem my coupon now." And pulled out of the spot and went through the wash. Now, I understand that it was a FREE CAR WASH, but my car looked so bad when I pulled out of the car wash. They spray it down when you pull up, and then you ride through it, and a TON of soap (or something similar, I'm not sure what they used) on the vehicle, and then, the "water" they used to spray it off was barely a mist. The "dryer" didn't do anything but make the "soap" run down the car, making horrible streaks. It took 3-5 minutes to complete the exterior wash, and I felt cheated out of my time, and I had to go re-wash my car to get all the soap and streaks off. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE IF YOU WANT IT CLEAN AND YOU DON'T WANT TO BE TOLD YOUR'RE BREAKING THE RULES THAT AREN'T POSTED ANYWHERE!!! Don't waste your time and money with this car wash. I've found a much better one that's closer to home and I've always felt like I'm not an important customer, they don't care what "way" you choose to wash your car or if you vacuum before you wash or vice versa.

As a woman in her 30s the entire time I was here I was getting cat called by bystander and others passing by.
