They also had all the right tools on hand to make the shiny gold color along with the nude base color that looks like jelly nails. The salon is also super cute, I felt really comfortable and there was a lot of thought put into the client's experience from entering, sitting down, finishing the manicure, to when I left. It felt like they thought of everything so that I could sit comfortably. They're also in an area of Camas that has lots of restaurants and parking. I would definitely come back again and it did take a longer time than other appointments I've had but the end result was worth it as they really do one nail at a time. As soon as I came in, I was greeted warmly and asked what I wanted done (silly me forgot to book an appointment). I told them and they gave me an ETA of about 30 minutes, which was fine with me. One thing I noticed and appreciated is that they have gummy bears for you to snack on! I love gummy bears!! After only 20-25 minutes they were ready for me. Luckily I came on a slower day because Helena, the owner, told me that they're usually booked all the time. She took me to a room in the back and laid me down under a blanket, where I was met face-to-face with this contraption that blew steam in my face to help me sweat and open up my pores a bit. The rest was literally a blue because my eyes were closed and Helena worked her magic from there. The best part was probably that sticky mask that people wear where it makes your face frozen for a bit. Taking that off felt so damn satisfying... I felt like a new man! Waxing my eyebrows was a little scary for me, but Helena made it extremely quick and easy for me to be comfortable with. She laughed at how much of a little chicken I was and complimented me for even getting these done in the first place.
