Called and was able to reserve a spot same day. The salon was very clean, had calming music playing and some atmospheric video montages of coastlines on large monitors, and there were some almond candies in a tray in the corner if you looked hard enough. The staff was very kind and attentive. I got a pedicure done and the experience was really nice -- I was offered a variety of drinks from a menu, my choice of Coke was chilled. The chairs had massaging features which was a nice addition to the already relaxing atmosphere. The pedicure itself was pleasant. I didn't have any discomfort with the experience, only some tickling during certain procedures because I can't keep a serious face. I'll definitely return, but I'm not attaching photos of the results since that would be kind of weird. read more

Fantastic new gem to be discovered! I happened upon this nail spa over a month ago. My nail tech, Fiona, was open to my ideas and very personable and professional. She mentioned that they were going to be renovating soon and that she would be taking it over. Fast forward and tonight I went for an after work Manny and petty. Once again I was impressed and I just love the new renovation. Everything is beautiful and new and the desire to please you. Fiona was very creative and I showed her about four pictures of different nail ideas that I had seen animals thinking of and she created the perfect results! Best pedicure I've ever gotten in my life! I got the Volcano pedicure and it was worth every penny!!!

I got a full set of acrylic and a pedicure. I'm a hairstylist so being in this industry my nail technician should've probably asked me what I do my for work... the set didn't even last a week within the first four days for nails popped off like they were barely even affixed to my nail bed. My pedicure was great. But it's a lot of money for me to spend on getting a full set of acrylics when they don't even stick to me and it's just a little bit disheartening. I would have your technicians actually talk to your clients to find out what they do so that way their services actually work for the longevity in between. read more

Great price and looked like good reviews....Went back twice, and had a good experience - but then after having a full set for 3 weeks 4 nails fell off / cracked bag (mind you I don't do bay labor intensive work) .... So I chose a different nail salon today and ALL my nails had to be taken off ... they just fell off so easily while she trimmed to get filled ... I had to get a whole new set after 3 weeks?! I went to get a new set of acrylic nails. No price range was given to me prior to my nails being started. The design I asked for was infront of my nail tech the entire time and she just took the idea and ran with it. But the design was not at all what I wanted or showed, the colors do not match, and look very sloppy. It's been 2 weeks and half of the nail polish is chipped away. It was very inexpensive for a manicure. It is $30, but I paid $35 for a French tip manicure. Usually manicures in the area cost upwards of $40. Usually when I get my nails done at other salons, they don't do a lot of nail care like trimming my cuticles and such, but the technician paid a lot of attention to detail and made my nails look very healthy. My technician did a good job, they only lost a star because my they cut too low when trimming my cuticles and made me bleed :/. read more

This was my first time visiting them and definitely will be back again. Time and time again all the 15 years I've got acrylics I've been lied to- hurt- left sad- felt like I needed to settle for the set I've got, with all different salons in the Portland area. I did not once wince in pain, have to ask one nail to be buffed more, or ask for the underside of my nails to be done. There's not one bubble in my polish, not a glob out of sorts, my nails aren't ungodly thick and they're all uniform. I'm so so so pleased with the service I received. I asked for velvet nails and my girl tech hadn't done them before- so the gentleman that also works there kindly instructed her and I got exactly what I wanted. The salon itself is very clean and their tools are taken well care of. The gentleman who seems to run the operation is very knowledgeable and experienced. The staff is real and friendly. This salon is the cheapest in the area I could find, but holy moly!!! These folks are amazing. I came in today for a fill. The lady who did my nails took her time and meticulously shaped my stiletto nails. She filed, buffed, used 3 or 4 different Dremel bits. She reshaped the shoddy work I had done at another salon, and made sure they were FLAWLESS. I've been getting my nails done since high school and my mom is a nail tech, so I'm VERY particular and hard to please. They only charged me $40 for a fill and did not charge me extra for the fancy gel nail polish! I'm not sure if that's normal or just because I'm a new customer. The only downside is they need to employ more people, because the two working had to multi-task to keep up with the demand. Very popular spot for a reason! I will be back. I suggest just walking in instead of making an appointment. read more

I don't usually write yelp reviews however my experience with lush nail spa was not the best. I got a set done a few weeks ago, and at first I was very pleased with them. However, a few days later they started to peel off and some of the nails were cracking. So I had to use nail glue at home to glue them back down so I didn't rip them off completely. When I called to get them removed I came in and nobody seemed worried that my experience wasn't excellent, so they proceeded to take them off in a unorganized fashion and still charged me the removal fee even though it wasn't my fault that they were breaking off. read more

Giving a 3 only because my nails did come out how I wanted them to, but literally 1 week later two nails came off. I didn't even bother to go back only because I didn't want to be charge for something that I already paid for and should've lasted me longer.
