I do not recommend this shop…read more I took my vehicle to Chris to have my A/C diagnosed and recharged. They had my vehicle all day and called me around 6:00 PM saying it was ready. If the compressor issue existed the entire time but was not caught during the original diagnosis, I do not believe I should be paying labor twice. I feel like I paid for a repair and diagnosis that did not solve the problem, and now I'm being charged again to correct it. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this shop. Customers deserve an accurate diagnosis and should not have to pay twice because an issue was missed the first time.
