These guys are fantastic in sales and service. We purchased a Puma Destination trailer in June 2025 and they delivered and set it up for us. We left the trailer after a few days and returned 3 months later. The bedroom A/C would not work and the thermostat was blank. I texted the help number (owner) to get started. Almost immediately, he responded with a couple of suggestions, then asked if the tech could call me. Jeremiah walked me through the diagnostic process, very patiently guiding me how to troubleshoot. With his help, I was able to locate a power plug on the A/C board that had become disconnected on the 20 mile delivery trip. Purchase the new Genesis Wanderer trailer a little over 3 1/2 years ago.sale person told us the roof had a 13 year warrant. roof is already started to separate reached out to them for help they forward us to the roofing manufacturer,Roofing manufacture enailed us starting it's out of warranty time period which is well under 13 years. There's a few other distrustful things that were told to us at time of purchased but this is the biggest and most expensivest lie yet. read more

As a follow up to my original experience we had wheels and barrings come loose during a camping trip, plus the dust covers came off. So we made three phone calls to the Epic. service department, two calls directly to the Epic owner and one call to Michael the finance guy due to no returned calls from previous attempts. Then called extended warranty company who had us call Geniuses and spoke to their service manager, who was very helpful. He referred us to Lepard (tire Co.) and they took our claim and resolved the issue. When we purchased the warranty Epic RV told us if any issues arise that fall under warranty to call them first. We ended up having to go through three companies to try and resolve. Epic not only made no effort to resolve the issues under warranty, they didn't even return our calls. read more

Had a great deal because I payed $cash$$ for my camper. Paid for extra service Roof coating, new batteries, new propane tanks, deep cleaning. Service department was going to check over camper. When it was the day to pick up... Roof was only spot sealed, one out of two new batteries, tanks where original, cleaning was low standard dog hair everywhere, service guy didn't know much about camper. So had to figure things out on my own. Then I was rushed to get out of dealership as they had more campers to pull in. Payed for extended warranty three weeks later one camping trip had a issue. But it's now covered, they might get to look at it in a month. Great prices if you pay cash. If you need to finance. I've put less down on a $50,000 truck read more

Well they can start by providing the services that you pay for. I purchased a 2022 Heartland 40' toy hauler for $70,000 cash. I was charged 1800.00 for a dealer prep fee that was never performed. They agreed that they were going to fix some of the items that were damaged. All items were fixed but fell apart or didn't work when I got home 3 hours later. They used putty to repair the shower doors ( fell off in transit) replaced backup camera that didn't work and left holes un sealed where the old camera was ( lucky I caught that ) the tv that was replaced in the garage fell off the mount in transit. The fuel station didn't work had to repair myself . Said they were gonna fill the propane tanks . Nope glad I checked before taking her camping . Didn't run any of the appliances or AC units as promised in the 1800 dollar fee. Both toilets leak. Half of the curtains do not retract. Also the registration that was paid for in the original sale was never paid. Received the new plates and a Bill for 800.00! Had to wait in long lines at the DMV to correct. Asked several times to talk to the owner and Jim never took the time to answer any of my calls. I purposely went to epic to avoid going to Best RV that was 30 minutes from my house but kept driving 3 hrs to epic to avoid bad customer service at Best rv . Just crazy that when you spend that much money now a days and can't even get a call back from sales or management. Terrible "000000" stars do not buy from this company. I've purchased recreational vehicles in the past but this by far was the smoothest transaction I have ever had. I was lucky enough to be one of the first people to inquire about a used unit that Jim had listed. He was upfront and honest about its condition and kept me updated on the status and when it would be ready to view and pick up. Price was fair and condition was as promised. Jim was very helpful and even offered his personal number in case we ever need anything in the future. We had an appointment at 9AM to look over the trailer and we were on the road by 10:15 due to Mike in financing having everything ready to go so we didn't waste time. Quick to sell you on a trailer, but God forbid anything goes wrong with it. Bought a trainer back in March, air conditioner stopped working in the middle of April, and finally in the last week of July they fill out warranty paperwork to get it fixed. Communication is non-existent, they tell you they'll update you but it's taken daily calls and emails to get them to tell you anything. I still don't have items that were supposed to have been included with the trailer at time of sale, and it was sold to me with defective items off the lot that have yet to be addressed. I'd have them take the trailer back at current loan value after I've paid 5 months down just to not have to deal with this anymore. 08/01/2022 read more

Bad experience with misleading sales tactics. Made an offer to Alberto on a new trailer. The trailer was advertised as "We Include a Battery, Starter Kit, Propane, Walkthrough presentation so you'll know how everything works." He adds late in the negotation they have a "PDI charge" of $750. Given how the ad is presented, this seems very misleading. When I didn't accept his offer with that charge, he said prices on everything were going up at the end of the day. It's a day later and prices aren't up. With these misleading tactics I prefer to drive further and buy somewhere else. read more

It was our maiden voyage in our new Salem Hemisphere fifth wheel purchased from the outstanding ownership, sales and maintenance team from Epic RV. Liquidators. Being a veteran owner of trailers as well as a motorhome, putting my faith in sales and support was difficult- but different at this dealership. Epic RV Liquidators are true to their word. At midnight I realized that I had failed to put on a pressure regulator adapter on my water line and I blew the hose from the water line to the sink and it was irreparable. I called the emergency line and Jim (the owner) ANSWERED at midnight, and to my surprise shared how I could fix it immediately and that he would have one of his team members meet me (on their day off mind you) with the parts to repair my mistake. I have never had service like this before and within a time span of minutes I was showered, turned off the water for the night and, as promised, the service technician (Jose) showed up at 8:30 in the morning as promised on the day of my daughter's wedding, and REPAIRED our issue within 15 minutes. Bought our trailer there one year ago . We drove over 2 hours because we heard a lot of bad reviews about the huge RV dealership near us , everyone told us if you have any problems with your trailer they won't help you . So we came here instead and everything went smooth until Our batteries crapped out 6 months later . They kept getting worse and worse and my mistake for not calling at 6 months . So now we are 1 month and half passed our battery warranty and they told me there was nothing they could do to help . Apparently, my interest in this trailer brought its existence to the attention of another sales rep. One of the requests we had before buying the trailer was to replace the bathroom door that was chipped . It took several phone calls to check on the status of the door ,that of course it had to be ordered. After three months The person who had been answering my phone calls was not employed there any longer. So the quest continued from the start. Now it's been a year ,got a text that my door had arrived .
