I've known Ed at Top Spa Supply for a little over a year now, and I have to say he provides the best customer service ever! I run a beauty salon and it's our business is to take care of our clients (I can learn from him on how to take care of clients). Most of my vendors I deal with our nice but no one has the same passion as he does to make sure you have what you need. I know they can't do this for everyone, but we are really close to Top Spa and every time we have order equipment they have delivered the order the next day to our salon! I've used two other Spa supplier companies in the past but decided to try Edmund because he had the facial bed I wanted and could do next day delivery. All of this for less than a competitor and the competitor couldn't deliver for 10 days even though we are less than an hour's drive from warehouse. Edmond and his staff member called me when they were leaving the warehouse and also called me when they were 15 minutes away so that I would not have to go into the office and sit and wait hours for a delivery. When they got there they were super professional - they helped me remove the broken bed and load in the new bed asking specifically which side I wanted the footpedal and which side I want to place the head. Our experience with Top Spa Supply, especially Mr. Ed was "World Class". My wife is a new esthetician and we want to start our little business, but looking for good equipment was not an easy task. So, we look up on Yelp and Google reviews and found Top Spa Supply. we also confirmed with a friend who recommend Top Spa Supply, even though my friend is working for another bigger beauty equipment supply store (lol). We bought the 12 functions facial machine and Ed himself delivered it on a Saturday all the way from his store (pass LA) to SAN DIEGO, as he promised. He even spend time setting up the machine and test out every single tool of the system. There was a HF tool that the gas inside was leaked out, and Ed sent us the whole new kit just for one mal-function piece.
