Very disappointed with the service at CVS Pharmacy. We were told the prescription would be ready in…read more10-15 minutes, but after coming back multiple times, it still wasn't done. It has now been over 90 minutes with poor communication and very little urgency from the staff. Customer service was frustrating, and no one seemed to care that people waiting for medications may actually be sick and uncomfortable. If you are really ill, this pharmacy will make the experience even worse. Honestly, I would recommend going to Walgreens or using Amazon Pharmacy instead if you want reliable service and less stress.

They are so on top of your medications and refills, always calling before I'm out of something to check if I want it filled. Anytime I call someone immediately answers the phone and is beyond happy to help with any questions. They truly go above and beyond. They also deliver and will make sure you get what you need. Today I had an antibiotic called in late in the day from my PCP and they did the unimaginable - had it delivered to my house later in the evening so I could start right away. The funny ass thing is there is a sign that states "Open Tuesdays and Thursdays" and "if you need service call the office number"...bro - review 1) and 2)... USC Verdugo Pharmacy is a shitshow...and they couldn't even prescribe themselves the right meds to fix their own problem...cause the pick up window is Tuesdays only before 3pm... This place, like us all, is dying slow with or without meds.

Everything is simplified at this pharmacy. I was tired of dealing with my local CVS. They don't pick up their phones anymore, the line is long, and they simply don't care about my time. Waited almost 45 minutes in line on New Year's Eve and decided to transfer all my meds. I wish I had done it much sooner. The staff at Arianna is very friendly and attentive. They are not open 24 hours but that's just fine, they are open 6 days a week and I will just figure out how to get there during their operating hours and save myself a lot of time and frustration. Great local, clean, and organized pharmacy. Didn't realize they have been open for 15 years. read more

Just got my flu shot here. I had first gone to Rite Aid, where a grumpy pharmacist threw some paperwork at me, told me to fill it out, and get in line, it would be an hour. Decided to try Arianna instead. A smiling friendly pharmacist got me logged into their system in less than three minutes. Got my flu shot immediately after, while listening to a classic Louis Armstrong track on the pharmacy's sound system. I'm hooked! read more

L-O-V-E this pharmacy! I get my vitamins, contact lens solution, cough drops, heart burn meds and anything else I need thats over-the-counter. They have it all and they are very competively priced.
