They quickly came out to give an estimate which was much more competitive than previous quotes we had received. They had great advice on types of wood and posts to ensure longevity. We had some trouble receiving the initial invoice, but once that was paid, they were in our yard within a few weeks. The work was quick, it took two days to complete, and is truly impeccable. The lines are straight, they cleaned up after themselves, and the posts seems sturdy. They were also very careful not to trample our shrubs, which were right near the new fence line. You can tell they made an effort to select the best panels for the front of the yard and the imperfect ones were placed in the fence behind our garage. We appreciated that attention to detail. South Sagamore's communication could have been improved, but overall it was a great experience and we would highly recommend them to anyone looking to install a fence on Cape Cod!

I received multiple bids on the project and Brian from SGC seemed to be the most reliable candidate for the job and had a reasonable bid so I hired them. I had them do work that included re-shingling, replacing the rakers and fascia, and also adding gutters. Brian and his brother worked over the course of 5 days to complete the job. I was working from home during this time frame so I was able to see how their work progressed. They work slow but they are very meticulous and detail oriented. My roof looks great now. I had a positive experience and would recommend using SGC property maintenance. Brian and his brother are good at what they do and the price for the amount of work I had done was reasonable. They performed quality work on my property and I would use them again for other repair projects.

He and his guys showed up bright and early, and got the job done in less than 2 days! Imagine that, a roof replaced in less than 2 days! I was very happy about that! ALSO, when the roof was replaced they took the time to walk around and clean everything up, making sure to get each and every nail, which is very important to us, as we have a 9 yr old and 2 dogs. I highly recommend this company.

He came by, spent about 10 min walking around, rang the doorbell and gave me a sheet of paper with the quote. Easy and painless as that. I asked for roof quote and got exactly what I wanted. He did not need to come inside or make me listen to a 2 hr sales pitch. I've had at least 2 other companies who tried to do that when I was getting a roof for the quote. 1 of them gave me a quote on sidings instead. The other did not even give me a quote because I decided to kick them out after half an hr. After getting some other quotes I decided to go with Robert and he agreed to come out 2 weeks later. His crew came on time as promised but he wasn't physically there until the end of the day. Overall his crew was efficient. They finished within 1 day as promised. The shingles looked okay, not as flat or even like our neighbors but it appeared to be just fine. They finished the roof before a big snow storm and rain/wind storm within the same week. It was able to withstand everything just fine and no noticeable water leak or anything in the attic. I did discovered a small chipped wood area in the attic which I can see some of the underlayment and shingles but water was not getting through or anything. I will continue to monitor. They actually was supposed to install the chimney as well forgot so they returned a few days later to complete it as promised. Overall fantastic job from Robert and his crew. From the quoting process to the fast efficient work. Cosmetically the shingles could have looked a bit better and more even but functionally it seems to have served its purpose and was worth it for the price I paid.
