Hiring this company was the worst thing that I ever did the baseboards in my bathroom which is something they totally should have gotten were filthy when they were done. My wife and I hired Top2Bottom to clean a rental home for new tenants. The tenants reported a filthy home after cleaners left the home and they had to clean it themselves. They had time stamped photos for proof. My wife contacted the business owner and she was refused a refund after days of trying to resolve this issue. We now are filing a dispute. Additionally, the business owner replied to my wife, Jessica K's review and my daughter, Ava's review on Google claiming we have the wrong company and asked her to remove her review. This is unbelievable. Do not hire this company unless you want a terrible service and lose your money. read more

I do not recommend this company. They were 3hrs 20 min late for apt with no phone call. They said oh we have a 2 hr window that they forgot to tell me about. They argued with a sick elderly couple when they weren't satisfied with things done and wanted more hours to finish. I paid for the cleaning for my friends who are not in good health and it was very stressful for them. read more

I called a needed a pretty quick turn around for a pretty intense cleaning job (deep cleaning a neglected fridge). They were nice, polite, prompt, and their team dealt very professionally with some crazy issues that came up while they were there. Since then, I've recommended them to friends and my friends have all been super impressed. Very reasonable rates, great communication, great job. read more

My mom needed urgent help cleaning her house after someone moved out and left it an absolute mess right before the holidays. She's in her 70s and couldn't do it on her own and I don't live in the area. I reached out to 4 companies and they're all booked for the holidays. What to do? Enter Top2Bottom! Hired 4 cleaners for 4 hours and paid 2 additional hours so a total of 6 hours and paid nearly $1,000 only to come back to my home to find webs and dust in very obvious spots. Apparently they only clean what's on your priority list even though we paid for the extra time so they could finish everything up.. they still missed a lot of areas. Not to mention some of the shady people that they have working their. One in particular was wandering on the street as I approached and was dressed as he if he was looking to dig through my trash can. I'm glad my house was empty, otherwise I wouldn't have trusted them "cleaning". I definitely do not recommend and I will not be using them again. It seems as if they hire random people from temp agencies with no proper training on how to deep clean. This was definitely NOT TOP 2 BOTTOM cleaning. Spoke to the owner of manager.. not sure. We had Top2Bottom clean our new house which was less than adequate when we moved in! We hired two cleaners for 4 hours and they cleaned all of the windows, blinds, and two bathrooms in that time period. We were impressed with the attention to detail and quality of work that was done! I hired Top2Bottom Cleaning back in November 2020 and am definitely hiring them AGAIN this week! I was a bit skeptical in hiring people to come in and clean because of my first experience with another company prior to move in. They make things easy as far as creating a priority list that way there's no big surprises as far as what was and what wasn't cleaned. My home felt so clean the first time and it smelled great too! Unprofessional, inadequate services, untrained personal, fraudulent with hours, office staff threatening. Hired two cleaners today for four hours, they showed up without cleaning supplies, they said they started at 2 which actually was 3. The second worked looked like a minor!! When my 65 yr mom saw they didn't dust for cob webs and tried to give positive feedback they where on their phone complaining to the office the whole time so i lost another hour of work. The office staff called and said, "some old lady is telling my staff how to do their job." And they threatened to leave... The whole thing was a headache and in the end we got the kitchen and one bathroom partially cleaned and one room vacuumed. There were things left not complete in both of those rooms also. Then I get a follow up email accusing of of using profanity and yelling them to get the F out. Totally made up. I wouldn't recommend this company or anyone that works for it. Our new home was well-loved by the prior owners, their little kids, their pets and it showed. Stickiness, dust, and grime were everywhere and before we moved in we wanted the house detailed from top to bottom. I called Top2Bottom Cleaning because we needed a fresh start just like our home. Because our escrow closed a day later than expected, I had to call and reschedule (fingers crossed). Voila... they graciously accommodated my scheduling change. Sweet relief! The crew arrived as promised and after going over my priority list they got right to work. Six hours and four crew members later, our new home was clean. The baseboards, window tracks, door and window casings, trim, inside kitchen and bathroom drawers and cupboards, closet rods and shelves, ceiling fans, lights, appliances... everything. My husband and I are thrilled with the care they demonstrated and the job they completed. I'm very pleased with their level of communication and the cleaning job they did.
