One of the days that we were in Palm Springs, we tried to call an Uber to go to few places and there was no response from Uber. We went back inside our hotel, to find out what's taking them so long? The guy at the front desk didn't have an answer and handed me this business card and told us to call them and they will be very helpful. So we did. Rosie's taxi arrived in front of our hotel in less than 20 minutes. Jessie, the driver of the black Prius, came to open the door for us to get in. He was a very kind, helpful, and a safe driver. The car itself was in a good condition. Inside and outside. Very clean. The dispatcher who I believe is also the owner of this company, was very knowledgeable and knew his way around very well. We did ask few questions beforehand. They travel all around California. From the airports, to hotels and wherever else that you need to go. He even offered us the business card and told us to call him back once we were done with our side seeing, eating, etc... and he will come and pick us up. Open 24/7. They accept most credit cards, and I don't know about other method of payments. For 2 hours, he charged us $45.00. One last thing, they checked on us online, via text, and on the phone to inform us about the ride..very content and satisfied not only with the driver, but also with the company. Don't read and believe those negative 1 star reviews. They don't know what they are talking about. Highly recommend!!! Thank you Ben, Rosie, and Jessie (our driver).

From the start, it was very easy to make my reservation. Whenever I texted or called, I ALWAYS received a response which was helpful for me because I worry about dependability. I was a bit leery because I had to pay in advance. I had not heard of paying in full before the service -but I paid nevertheless. HOWEVER, I was really impressed by the excellent customer service at Rosie Taxi Cab. On the day of the trip, Rosie Taxi texted me 15 minutes before the car arrived to make sure I was ready. Then texted again when the driver was two minutes away and provided the driver's name, license plate number, make/model and color of the car. Plus, confirmed I was in the car after several minutes! The car service arrived on time and was very clean. The driver (Jesse) greeted me warmly, helped with my luggage, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the journey. The attention to detail and professionalism made the trip, pleasant and reliable. I felt extremely safe especially since I was traveling during off peak hours, and the time was extremely early. Although with freeway closure was VERY busy last night. Gold Coast Taxi was sitting waiting for me. I'd given my name so no one else could've snagged it. Safe ride to Harbor to retrieve my car from in front of Island Packer's. Very nice driver. We had a good conversation about the fire and mudslides. Gold Coast picks up Patients for us from St John's in Oxnard when they don't have a ride. Good People.

When the cab arrived he told me they didn't do flat rates. I was confused and was wondering ok maybe I heard wrong and asked I thought they were gonna give me a flat rate but he said he charged per mile. So I turn down the cab. When I called the company again and the guy/caller told me off as well as hung up on me. I found it very rude how he acted and felt he was very unprofessional. Just radio silence from support. This wasn't about safety--it was a flawed policy overriding basic human decency. I was left alone and in pain, and Uber's system didn't care. If you're under 18--even by a few months--Uber sees you as disposable. I've submitted a formal complaint to the Better Business Bureau and I urge others to think twice before trusting this company with your well-being. Rideshare should not be a gatekeeper to basic medical access. Avoid Uber AT ALL COSTS!!!

Since they're not a legal taxi company in ANY city. Again be very cautious and don't get into any of the A&G vehicles...for your sake. Always call or book a cab through a legitimate company. First off, the driver arrived 20 minutes late. Then, his van did not have any meters. Finally when we arrived home, he charged me 40 $ for the ride home. I complained to the driver , then called the boss , complained to him too. he just said "go use another company if you are not happy with us " I replied that I will do that for sure next time, and that I would write a bad review . Avoid thoses crooks at any cost.
