This is my second time using this Plumbing company. We had our kitchen sink and washing machine not draining properly. My wife can't recall the name of the technician who went over ( I will mention in a follow up once she remembers) immediately recognized the problem. He diagnosed the blockage and mentioned that he needed the mini jetter to completely resolve the block, and for that, he had to do it on another day. He comes back the following day and clears the problem. This happened a couple of weeks ago and so far so good. Second time: I noticed a puddle in my yard that never dries up. I call them to set up an appointment for them to come over. He digs up the area, visualizes the pipe. Goes to the front, checks the meter, also asks me to run my sprinklers to see if a leak shows up. Turns out the puddle was being formed by bad drainage in my yard. (even if I've had my sprinklers shut for a week). Well, thank goodness it wasn't a real leak. You guys are awesome to watch and work with. I learned a lot. In both occasions, the service was professional, friendly, and honest. Love the folks at this company and this review is way overdue. We've had a leaky faucet that became really bad over the past two weeks.  Then we also noticed that our garbage disposal was leaking.  The company my dad works at had used them for their shop, so we decided to give them a call.  We were able to schedule an appointment for the following day.  They did a great job at communicating who our plumber was and when they were going to arrive.  They did a great job at explaining all of the issues we had and what would be needed to fix them.  He fixed everything so quickly and explained what additional parts we had left over for the garbage disposal.  I hope we don't have to, but if I need a plumber again, I'm definitely calling again. read more

We had a leak under my sink and did not know what to do.  I reached out to this plumbing company and spoke to dispatcher Luis.  He was very polite and listened to everything I relayed to him.  I got an appointment window from 7 pm to 9 pm and was told that if the plumber was not able to do this he would call back.  Got a call from Moses and he said he would be there in 10 minutes (Time of call was about 6:55 pm).  Moses showed up and looked at the problem.  He had all the parts on the truck and had the issue fixed in about 20 minutes tops.  Very professional group all around and would recommend them for any plumbing work for sure read more

Thank goodness for guys! We had a toilet backing up into our shower and were practically stuck until they came out. Our plumber was quick to assess the damage caused by a sewer line and even quicker to get it fixed. I couldn't believe they tore up our slab in the backyard, fixed the broken pipe, re-piped under our house, AND re-cemented the hole In one day. Their crew worked fast! Which is AWESOME because I am 9 months pregnant and really needed a working bathroom!! We highly recommend this plumbing company. My in-sink disposal decided to die and leak in the middle of the day. Did a Yelp search the day after and got a super-fast response from this plumbing team. They could even come out same day (I had them come the day after). Michael showed up on time, checked the situation, showed me what the problem was and was able to install a new disposal right away. He educated me about the new unit and even tidied up under the sink beautifully. Couldn't have been nicer or more professional. I've read all reviews and chose 3 best rated plumbers in Yelp to actually come and give me estimates. Both 2 others didn't want to give me any quotes//estimate over the phone but George at Rishon gave me a quote and discount right away (both 2 others ended up coming and giving me quotes that are almost 1.5x higher than what George quotes over the phone, using the same materials). read more

We called on Saturday evening because the handle joint on our toilet had corroded and fallen off. This company was able to get someone to come between 9-11 on Sunday which was great. Our plumber was professional, very nice, and was gracious about our loud puppy. He came wearing PPE and had shoe covers which was awesome!
