TLDR: Cory and Eric were professional, friendly and amazing at what they do! Not only did they fix the problem we called them for, they saw that we needed an easier access point for any future washer/dryer clean out needs and installed one. Cory is our MVP of the year! He helped us get our heavy stacked washer/dryer out and back in of the tiny built-in cabinet, which was a job in it of itself!! He was quickly able to locate the problem and let us know our options to fix it. As well as letting us know that if we added a clean out pipe we wouldn't need to move those heavy machines for more routine fixes and cleanings. Eric joined Cory to add the clean out pipe -- together they were able to quickly and efficiently get that installed. Both were incredibly friendly and left our place cleaner than when they got here. These guys are GREAT! The drains in our house backed up over the weekend and we discovered a massive 50 years of blockage in the old cast iron pipes! Eric, Cory and their crew explained everything clearly, no pressure, presented options, and did an amazing amount of work in just two days: added two clean-outs, one for the kitchen, one for the main. Replaced 30 feet of drains under the house, repaired several leaks, and replaced our old, completely clogged kitchen drain pipes. Now everything, from toilets to sinks are working like new. These guys are great. We needed a rooter, and we are glad we found them, because we have been ripped off before. The Agent Rooter plumber was on time, explained the problem and our options. The prices were reasonable, and we were very happy with their work. We will use them again. We had another rooter company come out with a snake that had no blades to cut the roots. They told us our only option was an expensive hydro jetting procedure. We knew that they could do the job if they had a snake with blades. We called Agent Rooter that night, and the owner answered the phone. It was so nice to speak to someone from the company instead of an answering service. The Agent Rooter plumber arrived on time the next morning and brought a snake with blades. He completely cleared the line of roots and discussed options for resolving future problems with tree roots. What's great about this plumber is that they were able to come the same day I called. My parents plumbing system was backed up for days and the plumber they originally called, quoted them 3 times higher the amount of this plumber.
