I also called the store number and emailed, but got no reply. My friends and I waited outside for 30 minutes before finally leaving. This was supposed to be a fun birthday outing, and instead, we were left standing in a parking lot, disappointed and frustrated. As of today (a full day later), I still haven't heard a word from the owner. I've since contacted my credit card company to dispute the charge. Absolutely unacceptable customer service. I feel like I've been scammed. Be very cautious if you're thinking of booking anything here.

There's a ton of cute dresses inspired by princess core and coquettecore aesthetics. The staff is very friendly and they were also able to take photos of us in our Swiftie themed fits. The value of the outfits can vary. I found the one of a kind dresses to be reasonable. A dress will run at about $100 and you're getting something unique.
