Matt Fendon Law Group aggressively fought for my rights as an injured employee. Not only did Megan Bornmann, my case attorney, fight for my rights, she was always willing to explain everything in layman's terms. I have a lot of experience with criminal law, but Worker's Comp laws are very complicated. Matt Fendon really cares about his clients. He even called me personally. Don't let the State intimidate you. I tried to be work with the State, but they made it clear they weren't there to help me. They were only interested in not having to pay for my injuries. I have recommended The Matt Fendon Law Group to others. It's a shame you must have an attorney to receive your total benefits when you are injured at work. My former Worker's Comp Attorney asked me to lie, and I fired him. I thank GOD for finding Matt Fendon Law Group. They have always been above the board. They have restored my faith in attorneys.

Wish I had looked at the reviews before calling these guys ‍…read more I have been working with Valley injury since June. I sent them everything they needed and requested immediately after they requested it so that they could get to work on my case right away. Every single time I call, the case manager is either: 1. Not available and I am told that she will call back and never does so I am forced to call back. 2. Asking me questions that I have already answered via emails that she doesn't bother to look at. 3. Giving me all of the same information she's already given me. The case manager has a habit of saying that she will do things and not do them until I call back to ask if they were done. The ONLY reason I called this firm is because they were directly referred by Lerner and Rowe (don't know how they pulled off that referral) and they are licensed in California, which, unfortunately my go-to attorney is not. If you are looking for a legitimate injury attorney with amazing service, hit up Kamper & Estrada. You won't regret it.

They sat on my case and didn't fulfill what I was told was going to be done then, after they got tired of me emailing all the time trying to figure out what was going on with my case, they said they no longer would be assisting me. And basically, I just said good luck to you. Oh, and don't even get me started on the communication or lack of, I should say. Never have I ever had a business or firm fumble so badly and try to wash their hands of the issue they said they would take care of. Now, six months later, I have wasted all that time that I could have been having another lawyer prepare my case and do what they say they will do. Horrible firm, horrible communication, and horrible character and integrity.

I have always been skeptical of attorneys and was hesitant to reach out. I found a compassionate, knowledgeable, professional gentleman who managed not only our case, but kept in mind the fact that we were people, not just a job. He was honest with us and advised us when to pursue issues and when to settle. He easily could have milked the situation and inflated his fee, but he explained to us, in detail, each step, and the probable outcome. To find an attorney so brilliant, yet so caring was a miracle during our time of grief. We were more than pleased with our representation and the outcome of our case. I cannot recommend him high enough!

I've not written a review on a law firm so this will be my first, but I can say with certainty,…read morethis is one worth writing and more importantly, sharing. I couldn't say enough about the multitude of folks working here. I came to this firm because I was in an accident (not at fault) and wasn't sure where to turn. From the moment I spoke with El Abogado del Pueblo himself (Josh) to ask if I even had a case to go with, there was care and intent to each conversation. To start the paperwork it was in the midst of COVID so someone actually came out to me at my home, we met outside, they wore a mask, I completed the documentation necessary (the next day I called - and mostly because I called on a Sunday), and everything moved smoothly from there. I was assigned a paralegal to help support me in gathering documentation, providing information for folks that they needed to be in contact with. I didn't have to take care of anything beyond communicating with that paralegal (Leslie) that helped, and every time I had a question, someone answered or got me an answer fast. I was able to text them (which was great!) and they got back to me right away with everything. This firm helped me throughout the lengthy process to not feel afraid of the insurance company trying to cash me out at a way lower 'settlement' than what I should receive, and also explained what to expect next from them each time we spoke. They were accountable, efficient, communicative, but most importantly, compassionate and treated me like a person. I felt like I was dealing with people that treated me like family, and I couldn't say enough about that experience. I would absolutely recommend Nunez Law Firm for if you've been in an accident. They made me feel as though I had someone on my side the whole time. A huge thank you to them!

All they did is send me back a generic rejection letter with absolutely no explanation of why they wouldn't consider getting more information. Attorneys just don't care because if they did they would give a person the reason why they rejected them so they can learn from it for the next attorney they approach with their possible case. Attorneys only care if it's an easy case so their profit margin is higher, at least that's the only conclusion I can come to since not one attorney has given me a reason why they rejected me. Below is the "Failure to Diagnose" information that led to my wife's death I sent them and you people can be the judge and they're might even be people with a similar situation so they'll know ahead of time. My wife had a 5 month history of different infections and went into Banner Thunderbird hospital with CRP and Sed Rate extremely high which either another infection can cause that or things not related to an infection. The only early tests on my wife was a blood culture, tissue biopsy and bone biopsy which were negative but the infectious disease doctor was only "guessing" that it was the previous infection she had and didn't consider any other possibilities and just kept her on broad spectrum antibiotics. In 22 days they never found anything until it was too late and she died from septic shock. If that's not "failure to diagnose" then I don't know what is since Arizona recognizes "Failure to Diagnose" in a malpractice suit. With the infectious disease doctor going only after one theory shows not just failure to diagnose but negligence for not pursuing all avenues of why her health kept deteriorating for 22 days until the day she died
