Giving me all of the same information she's already given me. The case manager has a habit of saying that she will do things and not do them until I call back to ask if they were done. The ONLY reason I called this firm is because they were directly referred by Lerner and Rowe (don't know how they pulled off that referral) and they are licensed in California, which, unfortunately my go-to attorney is not.
