Excellent customer service! I had ordered a car part for my bf as a late Valentines gift and put all his info at check out and went on my merry way. Fast forward 9 months later!! He mentioned he needed a specific part for his car and I told him "I bought that for you already". We were able to locate the order and tracking but we definitely never received the part. I took my chance and called customer service to see if they could provide more details. UPS was the shipper and oddly stated that we pre-signed and it was delivered at 8:15pm. Pre-signed??? I confirmed with Topflight if the package needed a signature and it didn't. We've had the same UPS driver for almost 5 years now, so I for sure know the package never made it to us. Well I thought the whole ordeal would be a headache. I'm incredibly grateful to everyone at Topflight. First call I made was with a gentlemen, 2nd time I dealt with Harley, where she worked with her manager. I am so thankful for everyone being so understanding. This whole ordeal was my fault and they were still able to rectify the issue. Please don't rate them based on inaccurate stock. This is a common for most big box stores as well, the online inventory is never accurate and often delayed. So honestly, if you want great service, shop here, but please reciprocate the same energy. read more

I ordered a part costing me $3,731.86, on Jan. 22, 2026. It is now May 18, 2026 and as of May 9th i called about the part at which time i cancelled it as my project is now on a 5 month hold due to this terrible company who truely took my money, sent me a shipping invoice yet never updated the delievery date nor sent me the item. I am canceling and wa told that they have to put a cancellation order in with the third party. However, the third party did not take my money.. Top Flight did.. It is probably in an nice interest bearing account with probably a hundred other poor souls while they insist they cannot refund me untiil the cancellation goes through with the third party. Whaaaaaaattt?? I canceled the order due to non fulfillment now return my money ! I am going to report them to the Federal Trade Commission (FTC), my state's Attorney General, and the Better Business Bureau. I in good faith used affirm to pay it in three of which it is paid in full. There is absolutely NO reason they should be holding my funds. I paid , I waited and the order WAS NOT FULFILLED. GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK !!! This feels like fraud to me but i may be calling it the wrong thing. My advice is to skip this company and run like your hair is on fire away from them. The best part is the part was still listed yesterday but i brought it to their attention and they removed it. Just a little too shady for me. I have no choice but to address this with the proper authourities as I do not know what else i can do. It is not like it is 50 bucks.. near $4000.00 so this does not fly with me . Ordered OE Wheels C5 Z06 rims from TopFlight. Rear 18" both were out of round. Sent them back after much angst trying to work with Top Flight. Almost thought I had a resolution after service supervisor said they would ship replacements when the started getting tracking from UPS that defective rims were on their way back. Now it's been over a week and they still haven't sent them and I get the feeling I was lied to. I'm out lot of money and do not have rear wheels on my car. Horrible customer service. read more

Extremely poor customer service, placed an order only to find out 1/2 my order was out of stock, nothing much more aggravating to place an order and find out it is out of stock, in this world of computer tracking it should have been flagged as such immediately and not let u order but it happens, so, wasn't too anoyed at that point. They then asked if I still wanted the balance of the order and I replied yes and received no acknowledgement next day I reach out to confirm they shipped and got the same message of if I still want the order, i replied back yes, again no acknowledgment, I then called via phone 2x never got a call back the second time was on hold for over 38 minutes and I finaly hung up the phone and immediately cancelled the order. As of this moment I still dont have a response that they are cancelling order so I may need open a case with my CC company. Ordered and paid for car covers back in November of 2025 and saud they were in stock. 2 weeks later, not in stock but would have them be mid December. Mid December came with an up date. Says part is on hand when its not. 75% of a 3k order that showed all "on hand" was back ordered. The customer service wasn't great, shipping times were slow on what I did get and they messed up the zip code on my address causing further delay. read more

I've purchased many items from Topflight since purchasing my classic vehicle. Recently I received a part that didn't match what they advertised and wouldn't fit on my car. I reached out and was told they had no control as they get the descriptions and photos of parts from their manufacturers. The only option I was offered was to send the item back (at my expense) and they would refund my money. There was no apology or offer to reach out to the manufacturer for the correct part, or any other solution. I rarely leave negative reviews because I realize that mistakes can be made, however in this case I felt their customer service was seriously lacking. I wrote them expressing my dissatisfaction and have yet to hear from them. There are lots of other part vendors out there and they lost me as a customer. read more

I ordered a Rack for my C5- item arrived in a damaged box- soaked with fluid all over the place. The misleading advertised price was $569 (before core refund) . After shipping back core for $150 out of my pocket I received no credit towards a purchase I am not even sure will function properly. This place is terrible. First it took over 2 weeks to be told it may be shipping out in another week (3weeks). Decided to order from another website so I cancelled the order with top flight. Was told a day after cancellation that the order was actually shipped early. What do you know the company received their product back a week ago and I am yet to get my refund for something I cancelled and never even got. I restore classic cars and I am a customer of this business, which appears to be an umbrella for several businesses that sell parts for several classic car models, including Corvettes, and Mustangs. My interactions were with Corvette America, which years ago was folded under the TopFlight Automotive umbrella. PRODUCT QUALITY The parts quality from this business have been poor. Some specific examples: I purchased a complete set of components to rebuild the seats in the car. Those components included a full set of their highest quality leather covers, foam, switches, and more. Even after meticulous care of the completed seats, the leather they sold has failed, requiring another expensive disassembly and recovering of both seats. Second example: I purchased a complete dash pad. It was delivered with an indentation in the foam. As bad, the integral clips that secure it to the car were misaligned preventing the unit to be installed rattle-free. Third example: A complete weather-strip for the car was purchased. In less than 3 years every major piece required replacement. CUSTOMER SERVICE I believe that part or component failure or quality issues can happen in any business, especially for automotive applications. I also believe that businesses like this may rely on part manufacturers in low labor cost geographies where tradeoffs in product quality may be made to meet cost requirements. At the same time, businesses do have control over the level of quality of their customer service and this is where TopFlight Automotive gets an F, based on my observations. Multiple contacts to the company, by phone and in writing, and were not responded to. Even a return e-mail to state: "We're not going to warranty this" would have been more professional. PRICE/SHIPPING I completed the rest of the car's restoration using several other suppliers (including replacement of TopFlight's poorly made parts at my expense). In my experience, pricing amongst different suppliers is uniform. Generally, TopFlight's pricing is higher. I found no significant difference in terms of shipping terms. EXPERTISE/OTHER No interaction to inform an opinion. On the pre-sales side, the only interaction included one-line responses to questions about part availability with no consulting or product selection advice. The company publishes a good catalogue. SUMMARY We owners of classic cars need good supplier companies. The major parts I bought from Corvette America have literally ended up in the trash. My hope is that this company will get to a point where they are in the same zip code as "top flight." Without good suppliers classic car ownership is not sustainable. read more
