The prices are competitive with other companies, but they also have great sales that they run. If you subscribe to emails, you will never miss any of the deals. My husband orders parts for his 1973 Corvette and I order parts from them (TopFlight Automotive) for my 1965 Mustang. They have always been very attentive to our car part needs and have gone over and beyond for us if there was ever an issue. We ordered a spoiler for my husband's Corvette and it arrived damaged, which was not their fault, but they made it right as quickly as they could. They made the process smooth and painless and they kept us in the know through everything. Not to mention, I think they are one of the only companies that doesn't outsource customer service to overseas or an automated computer. It's refreshing to be able to call and speak to an actual person that actually works in the same building where the parts are made/stocked/shipped from. We have been ordering from them for over 5 years and we have only made a couple returns and each one was easy. They have our trust and this is why we only shop with them now. read more

I have bought several stuff from them(from cheap $14 parts to $1200 roof panel) in this past several months, and I have had nothing but great experience dealing with them. I luckily live about 20 min from them, so I just drive up there to pick up. I just drive up to their showroom(which is very nice, BTW), ask them if whatever parts Im looking for is in stock(which they always do, except the replacement roof panel which was drop shipped from manufacture(ordered it Friday, showed up Tuesday following week, after being told it takes 7 to 10 days). Stuffs are always friendly, and helpful. I read some negative reviews here, and cant help but wonder if they are under new management, because I have nothing but the good experience with them thus far. (Do keep in mind that I have never order something online with them. So that may have something to do with it) read more

I would be very careful before ordering. Their prices are a way bit higher than most other places. Thier so call sales are still higher than most other places everyday prices. Was going to order many parts and wanted 2 weeks for a decent sales but it never came. Called them to see if they price match competition and they were not willing to work with me even through my order list was close to 4 thousand dollars. They still wanted to charge shipping even through every other place is free everyday. Do your research i save hundreds by going elsewhere read more

I received a pair of new sun visors for my 2002 Corvette in early January, 2018 from Corvette America. By September of 2019 both covers for the vanity mirrors had fallen off. Since these covers were gone the lights stayed on, so to avoid draining the battery I took them both off. The warranty was only good for one year, but these were clearly defective visors. I was not a happy camper. I called to advise Corvette America that I felt like these were very inferior products in case they were not aware. I spoke with "Jake" & he was sympathetic to my situation, broken product that was beyond the warranty. He transferred me to "Reenie". To make a long story short, in the year I purchased the visors their records showed a return rate of 12.7% and the following year it was down to 1.1%. They realized they had some inferior products that year. They sent me a new pair of sun visors with no shipping charges. They listened, understood and did the right thing in my situation, when they did not have to, based upon the one year warranty that had expired. I worked with 2 good people and Corvette America retained a satisfied customer. read more

I have ordered enough from Corvette America that my wife is starting to become concerned. They are very helpful by phone or email and really have some hard to find parts. Would be 5 stars if they could list things as being out of stock on their website, as now you don't find out they don't have it until they fulfill the order. Check for coupon codes on the landing page, they seem to change from week to week and something is always on sale. read more

Garbage parts, customer service is terrible. Sent emails with pics due to a problem with a complete dash assembly they sell. Nothing fits correctly total junk. Their response, we have never had a problem. Was asked to send an email with pics of the problem. Did what I was asked, still no response. Save yourself major headaches don't buy their junk parts. read more

I ordered an air duct hose back in September and still haven't received it. The delivery date has been pushed out at least 3 times now. I've been working with Adrienne. She has been okay to deal with but really lacks in customer service or empathy skills. Sent her an email and received a response of "The next due date is December 7th" - no apology. I ordered a set of exhaust tips designed to fit per cat. my 90 vet. The tips arrived and did not fit because the I.D. was 2 7/16 in. not 2.5 in. I contacted the customer rep. and discussed the problem and returned the item as a defective part. I received $ refund plus tax for the Item BUT, NO REFUND FOR SHIPPING ,WHICH COST ME $ 15.75 to return there poorly manufactured part. LOOK ELSEWHERE FOR PARTS,NO NEED TO DEAL WITH C/A . Called CA today regarding The T-Top liners for my '68 Corvette. The liners were ordered via Bair's Corvette in 2016. My initial order from CA was in '16 for the 3 dash components. They didn't fit. Long story short The nightmare began. Corvette Americas customer service/technical support is some of the worst I've experienced in my lifetime(73 years). At that time I vowed never to do business with Corvette America again. I then ordered the remainder of all interior components from Bair's Corvette, $5,000.00 dollars worth. Much to my dismay 6 cartons of product arrived from Corvette America. Today I asked Jake(CA's representative) to replace the T-Top panels because the liners have separated from the sub straight. Jake said to call the dealer who supplied the order. I asked Jake if Corvette America would honor the replacement request "NO". These people suck. Nothing is ever in stock. You go on the site. Pay the money. Two days later you get an email that it is back ordered. After four straight orders with them and this happening, our shop just stop using them all together. Their shipping is a joke too. If you pay for any kind of expedited shipping, it is not from the time you ordered it but from they time they get off their lazy ass and send it. read more

Ordered my dad a sweatshirt and hat for christmas from this company's website. I placed the order on December 14th. A few days later I was emailed and told that the sweatshirt was out of stock and it would be shipped a week later. Ok, no big deal. It never came. I called them that next week to find out what went wrong. I was told it was still backordered and that the item would be shipped the day after christmas (how convenient!) I asked my dad if he minded and he said no because he really wanted it. December 26th comes, still no shipping confirmation. I call again and they give me the "it'll ship next week" line again. At this point i was very frustrated. The only reason I did not cancel the order at this point was because I paid 15.99 to ship both items. I waited another week and called again this time someone tried to help me and said he would call me back and let me know exactly what was going on because the "person who did the ordering still hasn't ordered it" (REALLY I PLACED THE ORDER ON DEC 14TH!!!!) finally I cancelled the order as it is almost my dads birthday and I still don't have the damn thing. They refused to reimburse me some of the shipping cost because they claim it costs 15.99 to ship a 19.99 hat. HOWEVER, when you go on the website and attempt to buy JUST a hat, the shipping cost is only 8.99. Such a shame that my dad and I will never order from this company again. He has 2 classic corvettes and invests a lot of money in them. This company will never receive our business again. SCAM ARTISTS!!! read more
