Topgolf in Centennial has an amazing staff. I attended a group event there and everyone I talked to from the manager to the servers, bringing out the food and drinks was incredibly helpful and kind. Traditionally while I enjoy golf, I haven't been a huge fan of topgolf because I kind of viewed it as the bowling alley of golf, and while that is somewhat true, this particular location is a testament to the fact a great staff can make any establishment 100% better. read more

First time here, we took advantage of a coupon for Logan's viral christmas party. The staff were very accommodating, at first we were given a bay that had a high top and tall chairs. I asked to be moved since I have a condition that makes me dizzy sitting up high. The gal was super sweet about it! She moved us to a sofa , which was heated no less!! The gold its self was a no for me, with my vertigo and all. But my adult children had a blast, especially since my son is obsessed with Sonic and they have a Sonic game. We went on Thursday for my boss' birthday and had an absolute blast! We booked two bays in advance with a $250 food and bevi credit. Our host was Luis. He was very attentive, nice and made sure all of our needs were met. We ordered the cookie s'mores skillet things and I told him make this birthday as big of a deal as you can. Well Luis delivered!! They brought out a "happy birthday" sign, a "cheers" sign and my boss' name in giant letters! It was epic! We had so much food, nachos, Mac and cheese bites, buffalo dip, wings, pretzel bites, queso, steak tacos and flatbreads and more. It was all good! read more

My friends and I golfed for about two hours, had some good food and drinks. The lady helping us out for the night asked if we wanted to extend our time, we said yes please, after multiple attempts of running back and forth we were told we couldn't extend because there are "rezzos" behind us. The building was half empty as it was a Thursday night, worst case we could've moved to another bay but we were not given that option. Didn't get her name but she was training a new employee, who should be probably be encouraging customers to stay, not lying to them to get them to leave. Came here with WWP for a veteran event. They were reserved 5 bays for us and had a Southwestern buffet feast. It was a nice way to spend time with loved ones, get to know other veterans and experience TopGolf. The staff that were taking care of our bays were very attentive and friendly. They made sure we were comfortable (we were roasting under the heater) and that we have everything we needed that night. We were served chicken and steak fajitas along with salad and some queso chips. The food was surprisingly good! We definitely had a great time playing "golf" and learning. Will have to come back once in a while to practice! read more

I really enjoy Top Golf and this is a nice location, but I am FLOORED that the cost of the bay rental is included on the food/drink tab. I realize this is almost certainly a corporate decision so that's why I'm still giving 4 stars but I am legitimately hesitant to go back because of it so I still wanted to say something. I always tip at least 20% on food/drinks but to expect a tip for the actual golf part is absurd and frankly a bit insulting. And I think the worst part is this is clearly done with the hope that people will be too drunk to notice when they close out. Stop it. I heard the food is good here, well, sorry, that's not why Topgolf is getting 4 stars from me. 'cause their party food really is just so so. And I can't wrap my head around eating with my fingers after touching clubs used by so many people. And repetitively sanitizing my hands make them so dry. Point is, I'm not here for the food! The experience, the play, being my first time, was very special and enjoyable. I get to test out different clubs and different swings. Gawk at parties next to us and how well they play (also stealing some tips from when the adults were teaching the kids how to score!) There's something about being on the 2nd floor bay and having that vantage point. I wish the play wasn't by the hours but hey, I understand the business model. Only other qualm I have is having to register with my phone and email. But I hope to be back and take advantage of that forced-created account, LOL. read more

When you get to your bay at Topgolf, what's the first thing you do? You empty your pockets and set your stuff on the table, right? So someone please explain why I was harassed three separate times by a security guard just for having me and my husband's vapes sitting on the table. We weren't even vaping -- not once. I understand if someone was caught actively vaping inside, but to be approached three different times with, "I see you have vapes, DON'T VAPE IN HERE," is excessive and straight-up harassment. After the second time, I said to him "We have not done anything wrong we just have them on the table what is your issue" and he walked away and spoke to our server about it. The third time? He went four bays down just to dead stare at us. For what reason? It made us super uncomfortable and pissed my husband off. To make matters worse, our server was barely around. We had to wave him down multiple times -- not once did he check on us without being flagged. For a $200 tab, you'd expect at least decent service. And to top it all off, we waited 30 minutes for nachos, a burger, and donut holes and wasn't even hot/ fresh. Super disappointed with the entire experience. Not the first time service has been terrible just its getting ridicules. read more

Terrible experience at Topgolf Centennial. The relieving server made us feel completely rushed. Every time we tried to order more food, she told us we wouldn't have enough time and discouraged us from ordering, even suggesting to-go boxes instead. I told her to just bring out the food and that we'd figure it out.... I even extended our time, but still felt harassed by her constant watching and pressure to leave. When our time was almost up, someone stood nearby staring at us, clearly waiting for us to get up and go. It was an incredibly uncomfortable and unwelcoming experience. Topgolf Centennial really needs to do better with staff training. Teach your team what real customer service means. I understand the place gets busy and reservations matter, but there are respectful and professional ways to manage that without making guests feel rushed or unwanted. read more

The experience at the facility was fine, but was ruined by the junk excuse for a website reservation system. I reserved using a gift card and then had to move my reservation up an hour. I called and they told me I could only change it online. I went online and it told me that the only way to change it was to cancel and rebook. It said that if I was cancelling more than two hours before my start time, I would get a full refund credited to my gift card. When it came time to pay my final bill, that gift card did not work. The manager gave me half of the value off of the bill and told me that balance would still be in my account. It isn't. I got screwed out of $25 which definitely put a damper on the experience. read more

My first time was yesterday and we had a blast! The food was good and the drinks were great. Our server was amazing and always in top of things. Love the music and the overall vibe. The only thing none of us liked was that they had no drink prices on the menu. And none of the serving or wait staff had a good explanation as to why there were no prices. ("Well, they constantly change" or "well they are brand new menus") That is really concerning and I don't like that. Management needs to rectify the situation immediately. read more

Let me start by saying the actual game is fun. However, the rest of it from the price to the food to the service to the extras are terrible. I reserved two bays because they were advertising what looked like a decent price. Once I actually went through the whole process it was way more than I expected, including a $25 fee to guarantee the two bays would be next to each other. What?!?! We get there, get our bays and start. Again, the game is fun. The food...terrible, although we wouldn't know about the burgers because they were out of burgers! On a Friday...just completely out of burgers! Fine, we order nachos and other appetizers. The nachos had almost no cheese and were basically chips on a plate. Our server got the order wrong and forgot to bring several drinks. We finish the game and as we are leaving, stop to play some arcade games. The basketball shooting game is broken (not labeled as such) so we spent $20 on a game card which we had to use on games we didn't really want to play because we really wanted the basketball one. Oh and also...when you load your arcade card, you pay a $2 fee. Why? Who knows? So...would I recommend? Yes, if you are rich and money is not an issue. If you are two teachers on winter break trying to entertain your teenagers, probably not. read more

Okay, I get the hype. Finally making my way to Topgolf and it's a blast of a time. Unfortunately, our experience was jilted by their system freezing and poor management. I will say that our waitress was awesome. Sadly, she had to deal with the brunt of our issues, while management made her their scapegoat. Not once did we speak with a manager, which is insane based on the poor experience that we had. First off, we come in and they didn't have our reservation in their system which we had already paid a down payment for. Then we get to our bay and fill out all of our profiles for new players. There are five of us so it took about fifteen minutes. Once we get to the screen to choose a duration time and begin, it tells us that somethings wrong over and over again. Now we're sitting ducks waiting for our waitress to come help us. Meanwhile she's chatting with management on what's happening, they come over, don't say a word to us, play with the screen and then walk away. More than half an hour later were still standing around waiting for some word on what's happening. Finally, our waitress comes back and says that their system is down and that they're going to open the ball pit for us to just hit around. Fine, anything to get us doing something after sitting around for forty-five minutes. After being told it would take ten minutes to reboot the system, we start hitting around and thirty minutes pass by. Finally, they're back online and we can actually play a real game of topgolf. It's fun, but if you're competitive, don't expect the most accurate game play. There are several different games you can play based on experience. Meanwhile, we ordered chips and queso to snack on and it was decent. However, it looked like we got the last of what was in the chip bag with a ton of broken pieces and tiny crumbs. After playing one game we decided to call it quits and ask for the check. What came was pretty surprising. They charged us for two full hours even though we sat around for forty five minutes and only played one round of topgolf. We talked to our waitress about it and low and behold another thirty minutes later they settled on basically giving us almost everything for free, probably cause they didn't want to deal with us anymore. We were fine with paying for one hour which we actually played, but two seemed like a bunch of nonsense for all of the problems we had. All in all, Topgolf is fun, but hopefully you don't run into any issues because management will pawn everything off on your server and never address you themselves. read more

I've always had a blast going to Top Golf and I am in no way a golfing Pro in any way whatsoever. Even other complete beginners who have never touched a golf club still have a fun time here. You will be required to pay a lifetime membership fee of $5 which really isn't that much. Also Tuesdays are half price! You can grab a pitcher of beer for a reasonable price to drink while your friends are having their drive. Even if you're not playing there's a bar with an awesome atmosphere. Social distancing is enforced too which is great to see. I'll definitely be coming back here again! read more

I love Topgolf! It's such a fun activity to do with your friends and it changes things up because it's an actual activity versus sitting around drinking on a couch or at a bar, lol. Topgolf has a great drink selection and food selection. I've had a few different things on their menu that I enjoy. Their pretzels with cheese are yummy and I love their donut holes that you can inject with different sauces. I love the angry birds game - everyone should give this a try!! Only downfall is that it is pretty pricey! The max number of people is 6 per bay and it's currently $50/hr for primetime so you could really end up spending quite the pretty penny on a night out here! read more

What a great way to spend time with family and friends! This was my first time at Top Golf and it truly exceeded my expectation. No matter your skill level-- they have different games you can play and get competitive. Our wait time was only 15 minute for the first floor... the higher floors did have a 3 hour wait during a weeknight. To be honest- the first floor was great for first timers. 10 of us played golf here on a cold winter day. Liked: some of the games allow anybody to score points. Even terrible shots will work. This is an inclusive move that allows non-golfers, children, and bad golfers to all participate and feel like they are part of the game. The overhead heaters were so effective that we actually had to shed clothes on a day that was about 28° outside. This really is an all weather facility. Disliked: despite a fully packed house, the bathrooms on the second floor and the first floor were disabled. Although well intentioned, service was pretty slow. It was hard to understand how the various games worked. As far as I could tell, there was really no instruction or anybody to help. The staff seemed stretched very thin. The price approached $50 a person or about $500 with tip for our group of 10. I don't think there's any discount for children or elderly. No bias here, everybody pays dearly. There is a minimum charge that requires you to spend that amount of money whether you want to have food and drinks or not. The website says that Tuesday is the day that you can get a major discount playing here. But read the fine print and you will find that if you made a reservation for a group, you get no discount. That was disappointing. Food: just OK. I don't think anybody really comes here for the food. I had a hamburger that was decent, but not one that I would crave. We thought it was odd that one could not get an apple cider without alcohol. We had several non-drinkers in our group, including an 12-year-old, a 10-year-old, and some adult nondrinkers. There were other choices, but the menu and the servers both pushed the alcohol. read more
