What a great way to spend time with family and friends! This was my first time at Top Golf and it truly exceeded my expectation. No matter your skill level-- they have different games you can play and get competitive. Our wait time was only 15 minute for the first floor... the higher floors did have a 3 hour wait during a weeknight. To be honest- the first floor was great for first timers. Let me start by saying the actual game is fun. However, the rest of it from the price to the food to the service to the extras are terrible. I reserved two bays because they were advertising what looked like a decent price. Once I actually went through the whole process it was way more than I expected, including a $25 fee to guarantee the two bays would be next to each other. What?!?! We get there, get our bays and start. Again, the game is fun. The food...terrible, although we wouldn't know about the burgers because they were out of burgers! On a Friday...just completely out of burgers! Fine, we order nachos and other appetizers. The nachos had almost no cheese and were basically chips on a plate. Our server got the order wrong and forgot to bring several drinks. We finish the game and as we are leaving, stop to play some arcade games. The basketball shooting game is broken (not labeled as such) so we spent $20 on a game card which we had to use on games we didn't really want to play because we really wanted the basketball one. Oh and also...when you load your arcade card, you pay a $2 fee. Why? Who knows? So...would I recommend? Yes, if you are rich and money is not an issue. If you are two teachers on winter break trying to entertain your teenagers, probably not. read more

10 of us played golf here on a cold winter day. Liked: some of the games allow anybody to score points. Even terrible shots will work. This is an inclusive move that allows non-golfers, children, and bad golfers to all participate and feel like they are part of the game. The overhead heaters were so effective that we actually had to shed clothes on a day that was about 28° outside. This really is an all weather facility. Disliked: despite a fully packed house, the bathrooms on the second floor and the first floor were disabled. Although well intentioned, service was pretty slow. It was hard to understand how the various games worked. As far as I could tell, there was really no instruction or anybody to help. The staff seemed stretched very thin. The price approached $50 a person or about $500 with tip for our group of 10. I don't think there's any discount for children or elderly. No bias here, everybody pays dearly. There is a minimum charge that requires you to spend that amount of money whether you want to have food and drinks or not. The website says that Tuesday is the day that you can get a major discount playing here. But read the fine print and you will find that if you made a reservation for a group, you get no discount. That was disappointing. Food: just OK. I don't think anybody really comes here for the food. I had a hamburger that was decent, but not one that I would crave. We thought it was odd that one could not get an apple cider without alcohol. We had several non-drinkers in our group, including an 12-year-old, a 10-year-old, and some adult nondrinkers. There were other choices, but the menu and the servers both pushed the alcohol. read more

The ladies at the front desk were able to find a bay for us to use since it was early enough in the morning there weren't many people there. We had a blast! Safety first and Top Golf is practicing responsible social distancing in a good way. Each bay is separated by dividers that much resemble shower curtain liners and are wiped down as well the clubs. Because of the prep time that goes into turning them around, plan on a wait time. Or better yet, make a reservation. Our wait was two hours. Thankfully we weren't in a rush to get anywhere . Head up to the rooftop bar because the indoor bar was full of patrons. Another location that prefers to take card form of payment (no cash). Had a great time. First time here and it lived up to the hype! We decided to come here on a Sunday with a group of 10. We had to wait about 1.5 hours for adjacent bays, but they were able to make it happen! We waited by playing at the arcade and ordering food and drinks at the bar so the time went by quickly. They were able to notify us that they were ready via text which was helpful and simple. The staff were attentive to provide food and drinks while we were playing. Came here on a Tuesday morning to take advantage of the great rates (half off!) and absolutely loved my experience. I've never been golfing, top golfing, or anything else, but I came away recommending the experience to anyone who wants to try! We got some tips from multiple people working there on how to get started, what to use, and how to play and it was super welcoming. I loved that the pods were super comfortable for waiting and that there were lots of clear instructions for first-timers. It was just two of us playing and I had a blast, we even extended our time an extra hour (super easy to do when it's not busy). This time around, we hadn't planned to get any food, but the servers gladly filled up our waters and were super nice. It was a great party atmosphere and I would definitely recommend it for birthday parties, and get-togethers, especially because it's great for entertaining the super competitive and very laid back all at once! read more

A fun place to go if you're not really a golfer (maybe still a great place if you are a golfer, though I can't speak from personal experience). Fun place to stay entertained and hang out with some friends. I've never been to a Topgolf before, but was very happy with this visit. Highly recommend making a reservation on the web beforehand, our wait at 6pm on Fri was about 1.5 hrs. They are also pretty accurate with their estimates. During the wait, we hung out at the bar on the main floor, which is pretty spacious. They offer a good selection of cocktails and beers. Recommend going up to the 2nd floor bar however, they've got a few games (cornhole, connect 4, etc) and is a nicer space to hangout overall. The food was pretty delicious, though I could have gone with a few more wings. Flatbread pizza is spot on. I went with just one friend, so it gets a bit pricey. Seems like this is more a group activity, certainly is more cost effective that way, ha! The games are fun, Angry Birds is definitely focused on novices. If you're looking to get some 'practice' try the normal game, better points for making solid hits. Overall, had a great time. Definitely would recommend. We love coming here for date nights, and Tuesday half off is such a great deal. We come here first and foremost for the golf, not the food. That said, the food is ok but expensive, but we can't help ourselves if we're there for a couple of hours. The fries are good but small portion, we did enjoy a flatbread to split. Staff was rude as hell! Will never go back. They over charged us for our drinks. They claimed that the drinks had liquor in them and they didn't. You could clearly tell that they do this all of the time as other people was complaining. I planned my work holiday party at Top Golf and it was such a great experience! From the planning, the staff that helped us at the location, and the actual event itself.. we were all extremely impressed. We ordered four party trays of food and it was all amazing. Some of the favorites were the grilled cheese & tomato soup shooters, sliders, and the mac n cheese bites! Would definitely recommend trying the food here- it was all very tasty! I did a work event here recently and everything was fantastic. The sales person I dealt with ahead of time was easy to work with and always responded quickly. Everything was set up as we needed it to be. We used their small boardroom for a small meeting then used their big banquet room for a larger meeting with lunch. The staff on site was very helpful and took care of all of our needs, especially our AV needs. We did the fajita lunch buffet and everyone raved about it. The food was really tasty, lots of options for meat and non-meat eaters. Loved the cookies. We then had appetizers in the afternoon and those were great too. Loved the sliders and chicken fingers. The wait staff was also very helpful and got everyone drinks quickly. We had a ton of golf bays with close to 80 people. Everyone seemed to be having fun hitting golf balls. Fun for kids and adults alike!! We've been on several occasions including most recently for their NYE event. We've always had fun with friendly servers. It definitely isn't a cheap afternoon or evening out but depending on the day/time it can be less expensive. We've tried some of the brunch items and several of the appetizers. We really like the pretzel bites with dips and the injectable donuts - always our favorite! We prefer the 2nd or 3rd level. A top notch experience for a bachelor party. Jordan was able to put together an awesome "Last Swing Before the Ring" party package under short notice. Plenty of food and booze credit with lots of golf to play. It was a little rough when we first arrived. There was difficulty pulling up the reservation which was a pretty big scare. Look, it's not cheap and you have to know that going into it. We did a bay for 2 hours $170 and then food for two and drinks for one, total was $250 for the entire night. I had never been before and I was surprised by how young the crowd was, like HS young. Lots of kids and I was just expecting a different crowd. Food was ok, we got the nachos and a burger and split it. The nachos needed more chips, which I would say is a pretty standard nachos complaint. The sour cream on the plate was hard, like couldn't scoop it with a chip hard. Burger was good, tots ok. Overall I'd go if I had a bigger group and I definitely wouldn't eat there. Our group had a lot of fun and they were able to accommodate all 7 of us (1 child) and we had fun just trying to hit the balls into various circles. I think it's a 6-adult maximum. We ordered a few appetizers and drinks. Everyone was pretty impressed with how everything came out pretty quickly and the service was good. I always enjoy me some Top Golf. I will say it's a bit overpriced, but nevertheless it's my choice to go there and pay. Anyway, I took a date and we enjoyed ourselves a lovely time hitting golf balls, laughing, eating and watching the unintentional drama unfold before our very eyes. Part one, I'm laying on the sweet talk pretty thick (I'm really not all that good at it so thank god I'm devastatingly handsome) and what to my wondering eyes should appear but this poor waiter spilling water all over the table and a little bit on me. Now, I don't get mad at things like this. Mistakes happen and I've worked in the service industry so it instilled in me the uncanny ability to treat others like I would want to be treated. Maybe I got that from Church, I can't remember. Nevertheless he felt terrible. It was an accident and I promptly stepped in to help him clean up the water from the table and floor and the small amount on my jeans that sadly didn't drench my no no area for a little comedic effect, you gotta aim better next time big guy. The manager comes over and apologizes profusely and I was like "Bro, it's no big deal at all. It was an accident and no one got hurt. Tell the dude he's gotta work on his aim." So once that is done I'm right back to macking like it's 1999. Then I proceed to knock over my iced tea and spill that all over the table and the floor. Mind you this is all while my game is strong, at least in my mind lol. I promptly get to cleaning up my own mess which, again, has seemingly missed the most opportune area for a beverage to land... My zipper parts. Another missed opportunity. It's a common theme in my life. Finally, after my date simply was swept off her feet by my balding features and handsome mustache our game breaks and freezes. After screaming "Why God Why" and striking the monitor in furious rage (I didn't really do this Top Golf, just added it for effect) we were told they couldn't get it fixed. We both laughed and thought to ourselves this is pretty par for the course today (thank you thank you I'll be here all week) and we took our leave. They discounted us some money for the troubles, really unnecessary given it was such a fun time even given the mishaps which just added to the fun and we took our leave. Thank you Top Golf for reminding us no one is perfect and sometimes it's just one of those days. I'll be back and next time aim for the waist. That's my main piece of feedback here. read more

Went here today for some afternoon snacks and to play a little golf. The new upgrades are great! Unfortunately the service is very very bad. I had 3 different servers tell me the pizza I ordered was gluten free with cauliflower crust. So trusting these incompetent servers I ate over half the pizza. Fortunately for them I am not a severe celiac, and this will just cause a week of trouble for me. The server then ignored us for over 45 minutes after she realized her mistake, then had the manager come to the table to explain how "embarrassed" she was. Embarrassed? This could have killed someone. How about caring the slightest bit about your job. So unprofessional. The manager was very respectful and immediately asked me if I needed to go to the hospital. I literally serve tables for a living. This was the most unprofessional handling of a mistake I have ever seen in my life. Sucks for those of us with allergies can't trust a server to know the 15-20 things on their menu. BE CAREFUL! read more

New players have to pay $5 for membership or something. But always a great time and the food somehow is always surprisingly delicious. Most of the mix drink is pretty sweet and poorly mix so stick with shots, beer, cider, wine, champagne or hard seltzer. read more
