Their Prices are Competitive but the Service was Extremely Lacking. Once the "New" Pool Guys Started the Attention to Detail was Gone. He did not Respect Our Patio Furniture or Pool Area Surroundings. The Decline in Cleaning was Rapid, No Scrubbing, Minimal Vacuum Usage, Chemical Levels were Extremely Low, with Problem After Problem. We are not ones to Complain but with a Service you Pay for Monthly this should not be the Case. After Multiple Complaints over a Span of almost a Year I decided to Look for a New Pool Company. Pool did have a few algae spots on grout. While I was out of town they allowed algae to take over pool. I communicated with them via text on July 6th and informed them pool was green and algae was everywhere. Pool was to be serviced every Friday. He replied that they will be there tomorrow and would let me know what if anything was wrong after visit.I specifically asked him to check salt cell and let me know if it had gone bad. Never heard from them. So I assumed everything was ok. I was once again informed by family member that the pool was green on July 22 and immediately reached out. Was once again told they would check everything and let me know asap. Once again no reply at all. Returned home on July 28th to a pool completely cloudy and full of algae. I immediately check salt cell reading and could clearly see it had gone bad and was not generating chlorine. As I went to grab my pool brush and pole I found that my pole and brush were not there and in their place was a bent pole and broken brush on the ground. I texted him the following: "So just got home. I found that my pool brush and pole have been removed and an all bent up pole and broken brush left in its place. SMH" His reply: "I don't understand what you mean and if you are accusing us of something I assume you have evidence that" Only time they contacted me was for payment and payment reminder. Never heard from them once with pool concerns. Wasted $370 and had to spend money to clear pool and replace brush and pole. Horrible pool service company.

While they are very friendly, we became frustrated with the different crews showing up each week-- they left the gate open multiple times causing our dog to get out (despite signs and repeated reminders), and never clean the salt water system filter even after we showed it to them. This went on for about 9 months I would guess. The final straw was when they showed up to clean the pool while there was a painting crew present two weeks ago. They told the painters they would come back later but never returned. When we followed up with the office a few days later about when they were returning we were told they had already cleaned the pool, and provided us a photo as supporting evidence. I'm not sure who is responsible for that lie, however, we have two cameras pointed at our pool AND our gate monitoring company sends us texts every time someone on our list enters the neighborhood. Not to mention the pool was still visibly dirty with lots of leaves and debris. We moved on to a different company, it simply wasn't worth the hassle.

It is unconscionable that we were left with a green unusable pool on multiple occasions, despite numerous calls to the owners. We initially found Dave and Willie to be amicable.. and they responded when called. We were even considering having our pool remodeled by them. We saw a decline in our pool after multiple staff changes. Finally, I watched his employee come in, check the water, throw chlorine and leave. No skimmer cleaning, brushing or vacuuming. I ran after him to ask why no brushing, etc. He got Willie on the phone. Willie said you will only receive chlorine service if there is any rain, etc. this happened 2 weeks in a row. Meanwhile my neighbors received their full service. It's obvious they did not value our business. I finally sent Willie a text canceling our service with them. I never received the courtesy of a reply from him. Since changing companies, we now have a pool that is clear, clean, and usable, provided by nothing more than basic pool maintenance.
