Never had a pie from them that skimped on the toppings, was over/under done or was missing items. Are they the cheapest place in town...no, but I find you get what you pay for. I've been avoiding the cheaper, greasier chains that leave me feeling like I made a mistake. I don't mind throwing a few extra bucks towards food if the quality is there. I also like their "pizza passport" to earn free pizzas. No looking for stupid stickers that fall off the receipt or a card that gets lost in a drawer. Been a loyal customer since 2017.

Perhaps the employees are not looking at the requested cook on the tickets (I always get well done and with Toppers I've had to finish cooking doughy pizza in my oven before it's ready to eat.
