There's been some noticeable improvements at this location over the last year. I believe it has changed management recently. I did experience some challenges when I ordered in the past and at one point, the dine-in portion of the restaurant was closed and it was just running the take out portion. Over the past year, this has changed. Also, anytime we call, our call is answered much quicker than before and our meal is ready when we arrive for take out. There had been times when I called and we were quoted a time only to have to wait when we arrived. This has changed within the last year. Hope they keep up the good job! read more

Not happy at all with our experience here. We ordered lunch from here to our Resort. We used the online ordering system, After an hour the food hadn't arrived. We called to get a status. They told us they are re-wiring the restaurant and unable to receive online orders. For some reason, they didn't update their status on the website to prevent people from ordering online. They also didn't feel like it was worth periodically checking their online ordering site for outstanding orders. They were able to see my order once I called, seems like they could of been more proactive about this. After making us wait that long, they didn't offer a discount or free app or anything, they just promised to rush it out to us. It still took over an hour and a half to get lunch. If my kids didn't like stuffed crust so much I would have cancelled the order and gone out to subway. read more

Worst expierence I've ever had! Took 20+ minutes to get an order placed on the phone. When food finally arrived the order was all wrong, we ordered a pepperoni and green pepper pizza with 8 boneless wing. We got a pizza with only green peppers and massive blank spots with nothing but dough and some tomatoe sauce. We also only received 5 dry wings with a drizzle of the sauce. After calling back they assured us that the order was made properly and that they had given us 8 wings. They said the pepperoni "shrinks" when it's cooked and that's why we might not be able to see it. After some discussions they agreed to fully refund the order but required us to go into the store. read more

We went to this Pizza Hut location for lunch on Dec 29th, 2017, thinking we will get what we requested and paid for it. However; that was not our experience at all. Here is what happened. We ordered the following pizza. Grilled Chicken Arrabbiata Grilled chicken breast, crisp green peppers, grilled red peppers, red onions, pesto marinated tomatoes, chili flakes & ... As you can see the name of the Pizza starts with Grilled Chicken, the first item listed as a topic is Chicken. But that is not what we got. Instead we got a veggie pizza with couple of chicken pieces that were dropped on our pizza ( Please see the pictures that is added in the gallery) . At first, I did not want to say anything and let it go. But the more we looked at the pizza, the more we realized that we are taken for a ride. So, I went to the cashier and told her about the issue. she came to our table, I showed her the pizza and told her if she can point to the chicken on this pizza. Here reply was that they use pre portion cups for the topics and there is nothing that she can do about it. There was not attempt to ratify this and add the chicken that we paid for (nothing more). I must point out that the service is really poor at this location as well. After they delivered the pizza and the drinks, nobody checked on us to see if everything is OK, if we need anything else or even if we need any refills for our drinks and water. Bottom line, this place provides poor service and they have "I Do Not Care Attitude." I guess when you are in a small town with interesting attraction, you can have that kind of attitude and you will know that people will still come to dine at your place. read more

Literally the worst service I have ever experienced! They screwed up my order and didn't give me one of the pizzas I paid for; I phoned them back to tell them of their error, they acknowledged their mistake, and then actually tried to charge me to fix their mistake! When I said I would not pay to fix their error and that I wanted the pizza I already paid for the first time I was told I would need to speak to the manager, the manager told me that he has only bee there two days and would need to call his boss to figure out what to do. When he called back he told me I could go and pick up the pizza they didn't give me, or I could pay for them to deliver it. They made a mistake, which happens, but I can't believe how horribly they handled it, they actually tried to make me pay for their mistake. I will not be going back here anytime soon. read more

If I could give them 0 stars I would. The food was an hour and fifteen minutes late. When it showed up the stuffed crust pizzas I paid extra for and the wings were stone cold and soggy. Will not order from this location again! read more

Probably the worst customer service in all of Collingwood. We hadn't been in a few years and thought things may have improved. Nope. They've stayed the same. The dining room was once again filthy. We went to another table, then a third before finally realizing why she sat us at the original table. Crumbs and such on all tables. You can check how little a pizzeria cares by looking under your table. If you see crusts staring back at you, they can't be bothered to even pretend to be clean. The servers seemed like they'd been having a bad day/week/year. There's nothing wrong with being forty plus years old and deciding you don't want to smile, but at least your make up job can hide some of the contempt you guys have for your customers. I saw customers ask questions, one of three servers bark at the customer between panting for breath after another smoke break (the odor gave them away) and then the server went back into the staff area and complained to the other servers that a customer had the nerve to ask something (we had a view from our dirty, soiled table). We waited for a long time and decided we would ride it out rather than leave in frustration. Greasy, greasy pizza was our reward for being patient. I tried soaking it up with our napkins but it only resulted in my having to ask for more because (big surprise) everything was poorly stocked. It gave one of the meth addicts masquerading as servers one last opportunity to mumble something under her breath. We are done with Pizza Hut forever, not just in Collingwood. read more

My partner and I have been to this location once or twice a year in the past four years. Pizza isn't our "norm" but we enjoy something different when we travel. The first time here was during Family Day weekend, which is nuts, but this place didn't miss a beat. The past two trips we have gone, it has been horrible service. I convinced my partner to go back last week for the first time since 2015. There was us and ONE, yes ONE other table. We waited over five minutes just to have our drink order taken, and after another ten minutes for drinks that we never received, we walked out. Four employees and only one doing work which was the server, while the older ladies in the back just stood around watching this kid work his butt off making salads and also took a phone in order. We went to another restaurant where with-in 10 mins they had our first appetizer out plus a second refill of drinks, plus the place was packed. No excuse for this, poor leadership at Pizza Hut, and shows with their choice of staff. Unfortunately, this location lost our business going forward. read more
