service from the staff is near impeccable, except the fact that I pay $4 for 4 ranch servings just for them to forget it every time is brutal to my wallet. I can't help but think I will be driving back to the store on a snowy day to get my ranch they inevitably forgot and crash into a house (or anything of your imagination). Very disappointing service back on the night of August 23rd. As a Toppers connoisseur - Topperstix generally comes with a sauce. If not asked what type of sauce the customer would like; nor specified - is it safe to assume classic marinara would be included? Regardless, after a $70 order and a plethora of topperstix at our disposal, we don't have any sauce. Honest mistake as the associate didn't ask as they are likely prompted to do while entering the order. Now, what really pulled my heart strings is when I called the establishment (4 minutes away from our house) to voice our concern, hoping that someone would just quickly drive back over some sauce. Much to my surprise, I was left with an abrupt, "Oh... yeah, a sauce was not specified on this order. Sorry for the inconvenience. Have a good night." - Hung up. Not even the slightest attempt to MAKE IT RIGHT. Safe to say, Toppers lost a solid customer. read more

I ordered the Nashville Hot Chicken Pizza and Topper's Sticks. I got delivery and it took about 30 minutes. The food was not as good as I remembered it from years ago. The pizza crust is plain and the Topper's sticks have no flavor whatsoever. Literally just cheese and bread. They would be a lot better with some garlic or at least a bit of seasonings. Not sure why all the Toppers haters. They are far superior to pizza hut or domino's any day. Considering they use real Wisconsin cheese I'm not sure how anyone could claim their ingredients are sub par. Also as far as price goes all a person has to do is look at their "offers" online. They seem to constantly have two medium 3 toppings for $8.99 and larges for $10.99. Where else can you get two three topping pizzas for that price. I would agree that Pagliai's can be superior but they are also spendier and not open nearly as late. If you go to Jake's for their lunch special it is worth it. Otherwise there really is no better pizza option in Mankato than Toppers. Please name me a pizza place where the crust has flavor! They are all just flour doughs basically. read more

do not order toppers pizza. They consistently get their sauces wrong all I ever like from there is their Parmesan garlic sauce and 1/2 the time they give you a nasty "garlic cup". It's happened about 3 times to me and it's gross and annoying. Order LITERALLY from anywhere else and you won't be disappointed. Crust is the absolute best, wings are addicting. It's probably one of the better spots in Mankato. Also their flavor combinations. Tater tot would probably be weird anywhere else but I'm not kidding it's the best and the Mac and cheese is also really good. It's expensive but they constantly have deals going on. They also make their own dough and it's not frozen unlike a lot of chains so unless you're a real hardcore dominoes fan (ew) I personally love their crust and think their extra effort is worth it. read more

My pizza was on time, but the pizza is just not worth the price. $14.50 for a personal sized taco pizza with mediocre ingredients. I should've just gone for a dominos 2 topping rather than a taco toppers pizza. It took a full minute on the phone to reach a person, and the only thing I could hear was a prerecorded salesman letting me know about their "4/20" event which has a pretty obvious audience. Godfather's taco pizza is 10x better with a much better price. I wish there was still a Godfather's to replace toppers. Topper's has never been worth their ridiculous prices. Ever. I made a frozen Walmart cheese burger with spicy sauce and it tasted WAY BETTER than this nasty pizza. read more

Toppers is expensive and the pizza is mediocre at best. They have horrible service as well. I ordered a Hawaiian pizza and when it arrived it had pepperoncinis instead of pineapple. I called to complain about it and they told me that was impossible and that I was a liar. That was the last time I will ever eat at Toppers. read more

They straight up never delivered my pizza, I ordered it at about 1:45am and thought that was reasonable since they close at 3:00am and gave instructions to have them go up the fire escape in the back because I live on top of rounders and the front stays locked and you can't even park there...so that part wasn't hard to do and I also said please don't knock!! Because my roommates both had work in the morning and I didn't wanna wake them. So I looked out my window the whole time waiting for my pizza delivery person and they never came and they're closed now so I highly would not recommend. read more

Order took a while to arrive (mine was a half hour later than predicted by Toppers themselves) and the pizza was burnt, the wings were soggy (like they made them before everything else, then put sauce on them and let them sit while they made the rest.) And the topperstixx were baked crispy on the outer edges, but super doughy in the middle. I usually have great experiences with these guys, but this time...I'm just glad they got the order right and didn't give me the wrong pizza and wings. I can't say it was worth the price this time around either, more money than Marcos, for a pizza and sides that were worse than my last Dominos order. Will think twice next time. read more

Toppers used to be so good in college, particularly the topperstix. Now they did something to their nacho cheese sauce and it's absolutely nasty. If they could go back to their old nacho cheese sauce I would order their cheese sticks again. Otherwise I would recommend everything else. read more

hi so i ordered toppers extremely excited about some pizza, as one would be at 1:30AM. first of all i had to hear their tacky advertisements for 10 minutes before getting on the phone with a woman who was incredibly incapable of taking my order. I was put on hold again and after around 10 minutes of figuring out my order she finally was able to place it. in the meantime i went to my car in the rain to get my wallet to pay via phone and i had just gone to sams club with my mom and bought a bunch of groceries. anyways a 2 pack of raspberry jam was up against my trunk after going over the speed bumps in college town. so when i opened my trunk to get my wallet the pack of jams fell onto the pavement and cracked and broke. disappointing if you ask me. anyways 30 minutes later i call to check in on my feast i was so patiently waiting for to find out that they don't even have it in the oven. the same proceeded to tell me that she couldn't even give me an estimate to how long it would take. she told me "it's whatever" about continuing my order. extremely disappointed and ordering pizza from somewhere else tonight. word from the wise, do not get your hopes up while ordering here late at night. peace n love read more

CHECK IT OUT crust: it has the consistency of wood fired oven crust I think, crisp on the outside but chewy baked goodness inside. their promos and coupons are pretty great too... gotta compete in the Mankato market read more

The taco pizza is amazing, I would suggest taking the tortilla Chips and the sour cream (if your not a fan of sour cream) off and adding extra taco meat, but that's just a personal preference but that pizza is awesome read more

Toppers was having a "One day deal"...I had 22 questions and Colton answered each one every time I called...because we, of course, were not prepared each time I called. We had a large order of all MYZAs with lots of special requests. EVERY one of them was spot on AND it was ready when they said it was going to be. Job well done team!!
