Maegan, Justin, and Joe did a fantastic job of taking care of our travel trailer axles in a friendly, helpful, and courteous manner. All of this was done on a Friday afternoon before a long Memorial Day Holiday weekend. We were thoroughly impressed by them being able to work us into the schedule and get us back on the road. Other places told us they couldn't help us or it would be at least the following Tuesday before they could even have a look at our trailer. The service was outstanding, quality of work was fantastic, and the price was very reasonable.

I'm down the road it's raining my truck inside bed is just drenched. I call no calls back they pawned me off someone else. I offered to split the bill. No call back nothing. Turns out what was leaking was the window seal. I bought silicone and sealed them and no issues. Not to say I didn't need new seal for shell but they didn't fix what I came in for! They saw away to make $200. and didn't care if they fixed the issue. They didn't test the shell with water to see if that was the issue. They didn't help they just took the money like thief's.

They quickly removed the part and began looking for another one. They found it 8 hours away and had it priority shipped overnight and it will be installed in less than an hour in the morning. They not only are fixing the issue, they informed me of practical solutions to prevent it in the future. They also told me how I could do it myself. So if you have a diesel pusher and you have either suspension or tire-wheel problems, do yourself a favor and call these guys. You will be glad you did.

Mind you they allowed us service before hand and this charge just magically appeared. When we showed them obvious evidence that this wasn't us they shrugged it off and didn't allow us any access, they also didn't allow the people we where with to get a truck because they knew who we where and were associated with us. Beware of reservation guarantee. They will do whatever they can to not make a proper payment. We…read moremade an online reservation of a cargo trailer at the north hearne location and received a phone call from u-haul to confirm the pickup time and location. Unfortunately they did not have the cargo trailer at north hearne and they had to redirect us to the Hollywood location. When we inquired about the reservation guarantee they said one was not due because the original location was out "preferred" location and not a "guaranteed" location. I am not sure why they limit your online location based on availability if they are not going to guarantee the location. Additionally, not sure what the follow up call is about to guarantee the location. Apparently, just eyewash because they do not guarantee a location...because they need a loophole to not pay on the guarantee promise. With all that said, we were pleased with professionalism of the staff at both location. Unfortunately, u-haul's maneuver to not pay on the reservation guarantee promise left a bad taste. Be aware when making a reservation when they lead you to believe that you have a reservation at a specific location. Not only for the guarantee but they could have you going all over town trying to locate a trailer/truck. Buyer Beware
