Well, the guy who tried to fix it, messed it up bad. left us on the side of the road several times, had to change tires etc. We went to a BigTex store in Minden LA.. Met this God sent angel Marty, worked on our trailer right away for two days. Fixed it all and sent us away in awe. These people were friendly, and worked efficiently with my dad as he bought his new trailer. His trailer was priced the absolute best, which is the majority of the reason for going with them. We decided to cancel our warranty before the 30days and so many lies to just move forward with canceling to now they are needing 60 days to apply it to my loan and I asked for the interest on the 11k plus they charge me since that is what my attorney advised me and they ignore me I get nothing but a scared dealership with rude none comply emails. There request is to send a demand letter to getting things done correctly. Be careful with who you do business with as I would be very alarmed when people like this does that. Everything takes time. Guess these people do many wrong as they are to comfortable to not care.
