Because it was scheduled as such, we had a licensed structural engineer do a full inspection and write a report that stated there was nothing wrong with the foundation, which was provided to the buyers. Then Ram Jack comes out and recommends $4,600 in piers. We called the company and verified their "inspectors" are not engineers at all. Because they convinced an elderly couple that the house needed piers when it doesn't, the home purchases fell through for three families because we are NOT paying for piers on a house that doesn't need them!!! Funny that their TRR stated repairs MUST be done by Ram Jack. I have more thoughts on this that I'll keep to myself. This house is 8 years old with no cracks or shifting whatsoever. I'm a recent retiree and the first thing I wanted to do was get my house trim and fascia…read morereplaced/repaired and painted. There were many cracked trim boards and I had one fascia board that woodpeckers had damaged over the years. I selected All Oklahoma Roofing and Construction for two reasons: 1) That had excellent BBB and customer ratings. 2) Their bid was much lower than the other bidders. Three subcontractors came to do the work. 1st) Did the carpenter repairs which took about a week. 2nd) Primed all the new bare wood and double layered the house with Sherwin Williams Super Paint which I had to pay extra for and well worth it. This took about 4 days. 3rd) New gutters to the new trim which was completed in two hours. All three subcontractors for All Oklahoma Roofing and Construction did a very expert job and I'm very happy with the results. I recommend anyone looking to have their house painted to go with this company. The job will be done right!
