He gave me the option to try another location or sign up for the care pass and have it mailed for free. He explained many of the benefits of the care pass, as well as my option to cancel if I don't need it once my trial is ending. The carepass came with a $10 reward for signing up so I browsed half of the store. They had more things than my local CVS and it was very clean/organized. With my $10 coupon and some other promotions, I spent less than $2 and got 8 packs of floss and 150 pack of floss picks that my son prefers to use. Rob was so friendly and helpful/knowledgeable and the store was so nice I was surprised to come here and see the low overall rating. It was a great shopping experience in my book!

Staff did not know and called on his intercom. The answer was yes and he sent me to the aisle. I found a few different kits that would be successful. I bought one and was on my way. I happen to work overnights, and ever since the Covid Era this pharmacy has had limited hours and staff. I used to be able to pick up my prescriptions before or after work - but not anymore. Now, they're closed when I wake up for work and they don't open until three hours after I get out of work. Because I am an adult with a life and other obligations: it is difficult for me to get to Walgreens to pick up my prescription at the very moment it is ready. I recently went into the pharmacy to pick up a script that the app said was ready and - they had cancelled it because I 'did not pick it up in time.' This is not the first time that this has happened to me. I promise I am not lazy, it is just impossible for me to get there the same day. If I have to wait a couple of days - screw me, I guess, because then the prescription has been cancelled and I have to wait 45+ minutes in the store for them to fill it again. On my most-recent trip, the cashier was...and I'm sorry to say this, but I didn't get her name...a hood-rat looking young woman. She had a bad dye job, too-dark makeup, and a nasty attitude. I'd ask her a question ('How long after a prescription is ready do you cancel if it it isn't picked up?') and she'd respond with rolled eyes and an unrelated question ('Did you wanna wait for it or nah?') She mumbled a lot, too: not just to herself but also while speaking to me. She was barely audible, except when I said: 'No, don't bother filling it, I'm not waiting,' and I turned to walk away. Then is when she SCREAMED: 'Well that was rude!!!' Oh, I was rude? For expecting to pick up my prescription that the app said was ready & waiting to be picked up? Alright, then. I filed a complaint about her on the Walgreens site. I moved my prescriptions elsewhere. This pharmacy is a joke. The app is annoying. You can either enable or disable notifications. If you don't enable notifications then you aren't notified when your prescriptions are ready. And a lot of times, you'll get a 'Your prescription is processing' notification, then a 'Your prescription is ready' notification immediately followed by a 'Your prescription is delayed' notification - and then no further notifications, so you have no idea whether your prescription is ready or or not unless you call the pharmacy. I've called the pharmacy - the typical wait time to speak to a live human (not even a pharmacist - just a cashier) is one hour. And If you do enable notifications then you will be notified when your prescriptions are ready BUT you'll also get notifications for when sunscreen is on sale, or what Memorial Day groceries deals are happening, and MORE notifications for every other item that is on sale.

Today I went to see if it came in (I really need this med because I've been puking the last couple days without it) and I was waiting at the window in the drive thru and I heard the pharmacist tell the employee I was taking to, to "move me along I was was taking up to much time" so I replied that I had been there everyday for the last 6 days to get my medication. Every time I've come this same pharmacist has given me a hard time. I called in 2 of my medications 5 days ago and it still took an hour for them to get my meds and the 1 bottle was supposed to be a 90 day and I only got 15 pills, they had 5 days to have it ready and they called me to let me know it was ready for pickup.

With Tile having delivery when the weather was better I could go and pick up my medication and of course do some shopping in their wonderful shop area. I like buying my cards there because most of the time it was only me back there looking for a special card. You never have the special quite time at any other store. I am now 73 years young and the young ladies that work there instead of their dad they are just as pleasant as he. You would not be disappointed especially if you enjoy the personality that they all share.
