I could understand if it was once in a while or during certain busy hours, but this is all day long, no matter what day. Who has 40 plus minutes to sit on hold and wait to only get redirected and have to leave a message on their voice mail anyways. Let's just say that somebody working here was displaying racist attitudes - probably because that person thought that nobody in the store would mind, because everyone in the store was white. We frequent this 7-Eleven, well, frequently! We frequent it both in person, and via the 7NOW app for delivery. Both the 7-Eleven and 7NOW apps are personal app favorites of mine because the rewards points and deals are generous. 7NOW regularly runs a free delivery promo, paired with lots of product freebies and discounts.
