He told me 3 or 4 times that my boat was being worked on (I absolutely see no evidence that this was true) and then, even when he told me he would give me a call to give me an update - would not and did not. I finally just went and got my boat and would NOT recommend him to anyone. This has no bearing on those that work there - this is all on him. They were busy "moving in" to a new place (heard this excuse multiple times) but, if you don't take care of your customers, you won't have a business for long. Just my opinion but an opinion based on my experience.

"Billy" took the jetski and inquired if it was towed over 5 mph, I replied I didn't know the exact mph it was towed at from the guy driving the boat. Billy Emphasized if it was over 5 mph that water could mix with the oil. When I left, I felt like I was going to be screwed. --- He called a week later, let me know it was ready. - I asked him how much, he replied $874. (!!?) - I was Never given an estimate, a phone call, or shown a part that supposedly was replaced. I spoke with the manager Kyle, he retained my receipt, "ran it to the owner overnight" and reduced it to $800. In fact, I had a picture taken of me with my DOG on the jetski, so NO, it wasn't going over 5 mph, no wake and only went short of a quarter mile. The hourly rate was not disclosed, no estimate, no phone call, no part shown that needed replaced. Point is - the same jet ski had been towed a couple of years ago, due to a broken electrical wire, it was towed over 8 miles, well over 15 mph. That, then, was not an issue. NEVER AGAIN.

I can't exaggerate their attention to detail and to making sure our boat made the journey from out of state to home. It was remarkable to watch them load (with the help of Andrew, the diver), secure, and move it. They secured the permits and found the easiest route. They disassembled and re-assembled as needed for the move. Because of where we were locating the boat, Tyson (driver extraordinaire) had to literally back his 50 foot plus rig out on a one lane road UP a hill. We bought a vehicle (used) (mechanic special) to help with someone with medical conditions. We had the vehicle towed to him in March. It's October. We just now got told it will be 400.00. They unhooked stuff and they can't fix it. So now we owe them 400 after all these months. We have had to literally chase them down to get any information. I stated once the girl in the front office was very sweet. That must be a 1 time only thing because after that it's very rude. The owner said him and his wife looked at this vehicle. I managed an auto shop for many years and this is very unprofessional to say the least. They are probably wonderful if you have the right name!
