My jetski had hit a sandy island in 3" of water in the middle of the lake. I called and brought it in. We've previously have had fairly good business with them. "Billy" took the jetski and inquired if it was towed over 5 mph, I replied I didn't know the exact mph it was towed at from the guy driving the boat. Billy Emphasized if it was over 5 mph that water could mix with the oil. When I left, I felt like I was going to be screwed. --- He called a week later, let me know it was ready. - I asked him how much, he replied $874. (!!?) - I was Never given an estimate, a phone call, or shown a part that supposedly was replaced. I spoke with the manager Kyle, he retained my receipt, "ran it to the owner overnight" and reduced it to $800. In fact, I had a picture taken of me with my DOG on the jetski, so NO, it wasn't going over 5 mph, no wake and only went short of a quarter mile. The hourly rate was not disclosed, no estimate, no phone call, no part shown that needed replaced. Point is - the same jet ski had been towed a couple of years ago, due to a broken electrical wire, it was towed over 8 miles, well over 15 mph. That, then, was not an issue. NEVER AGAIN. read more

Do not go here. They mistreated me in every way, from not prepping the boat, not returning phone calls, attempting to overcharge me for taxes and fees. Others here mention a bait and switch. The salesman literally took the 1000.00 bass pro gift card promotional sticker off the boat next to the one we wanted and placed it on the windshield of the one we decided on. When it came down to paperwork they are not honoring the promotion. Not happy. Won't be buying here anymore or using their service department. I bought a boat from Bradford in 2004. I always had a good experience with them every service (summer and winter) since 2004. Terry was always awesome to deal with. My boat has always been garaged and is/was in perfect condition. Last summer while in their possession for service and trailer repair (for over two weeks) something occurred to cause damage to the boat. My insurance folks said that they are responsible since it happened on their property. I've contacted both the service manager several times and the site (Springdale ) manager several times with no help in getting my boat fixed. I'm frustrated and disappointed in Bradford because I had a such great rapport since 2004 until now. At this point, sadly, I would not recommend their services. read more

Bradford Marine has never done work for us but we saw red flags just speaking to them over the phone. We were on vacation in Fayetteville (we are from out of state) we had a flat on our Can-Am Spyder. I called to see if they could fix it. After hearing a discussion in the background with their service department if they really had a tire that would fit they said yes they had one bring it in tomorrow morning at about 9. It would be a 3-hour job at $150.00 an hour the tire would be $189.00. Well, that would be a total of $639.00. The next morning we got up and my husband called to make sure they had a tire and the guy said in a nasty way. I told your wife yesterday we had one and it would be a 4 1/2-hour job my husband said you told her yesterday it would be a 3-hour job. He said oh no, no it's a 4 1/2 hour job at a minimum and you need to get it in here pretty soon or we won't be able to fix it until Thursday (it was a Monday) We called our shop back home they said it would be $300.00 total that included labor, tire, and taxes. They knew we were in a motor home towing the Spyder in a trailer and it was our only mode of transportation while camping. We felt like we were being taken advantage of because we were from out of town. We had friends that loaned us their extra car for the remainder of our vacation and had our tire fixed back home. After this incident, I looked for reviews on Bradford Marine and they have a lot of bad reviews and also checked with the BBB and they have several complaints against them. Have no clue how this place had stayed in business this long. Just drove 3 1/2 hours to pick up a defender limited that was priced and a deal agreed on. When I arrived I was told I would have to pay an extra 450 dollars for delivery to a state line bc I was from Mississippi. Needless to say they knew I was mad but still let a customer walk out the door after driving 3 1/2 hours. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE FOR ANYTHING... took in a small boat for repair and got a $600 estimate. Went to PU the boat and bill was $1200 and they never told me it changed. On top of that they replaced a part that was not needed ($110 plus labor) and failed to fix the problem that part was said to have fixed. I tried all i could to work with them and even offered to "eat" half of the $600 i was over charged and they would not do it even though I proved they were in the wrong. Glad to learn now as I plan to get a Z17 next spring and now I know to go to Springfield rather than shop local because they are just a bunch of crooks read more

I would rate them lower if possible. The people in the parts department have no clue of what they are doing. I went in to order a part for a Ranger Bass boat of which they are a local dealer and they refused to even see if the part was available. Very poor customer service. read more

Will go elsewhere in the future...IF I can help it. If you dress nice, you'll get a salesperson, dress poor, they won't even look at you. Their "No Haggle Pricing" is BS. I went to buy a boat AND an ATV, and by God, I feel like that earns me a discount. Ended up not buying the boat because I can shop right next door and get better service, but since they are the only Can-Am dealer I could find and my wife was dead set on this particular wheeler, I had to buy from Bradford. This company relies on dealer geographic protections from their manufacturers rather than good customer relations. Even after biting the bullet and buying from Bradford, the fun kept coming. Noticed a $200 charge on the invoice called "Arkansas Registration." The salesman says they will do all the "footwork" and have your unit registered for life. Arkansas registration for an ATV is $5/year. If you register the ATV yourself $200 would buy you 40 years of registration. The salesman says, "but we do all the footwork, and your time is valuable." He was extremely displeased when I had him remove this fee. Bought the ATV in little rock on a Friday right after opening. The unit I bought was located at the Hot Springs store, and was told it would be the following week before they could get it to Little Rock. So I loaded up and drove there myself on Saturday. I arrived at noon and they still hadn't put the unit together, so I had to take my family around hot springs all day while they assembled the ATV. THEN, the technician had the audacity to tell me that I can ONLY use BRP oils and fluids and Mid Grade Ethanol free gas in the ATV to maintain the factory warranty. Both of these statements are incorrect and illegal. It even states the contrary in the ATV user manual provided with the unit. No company can restrict you to using only their products to maintain the warranty on a vehicle, and the ATV doesn't even call for mid grade fuel. It clearly states in the manual to use regular unleaded fuel with no more than the govt allowed ethanol rating. Just another way for Bradford to ensure your hard earned dollars go them rather than stay in your pocket where it belongs. read more

I would give them a 0 if I could. So, bought a new Tracker Boat here in 2017. Finance guy tells my wife and I that anything that happens to the boat cosmetically (torn seats, rub rail damage, etc) is covered by these warranties that we purchased. When you go to make a claim, it's a totally different story. Everything is "yo fault." They also tell you that if you buy a boat there you will have a "Bradford Advantage." This is simply not the case. Service department acts like they are doing you a favor to look at your boat because they are "so busy." When the boat was less than a year old, battery 2 wasn't holding a charge, and really letting me down during bass tournaments. Took it in to the location I bought it from and was told everything is ok. Still the battery wouldn't hold a charge. Took it to another location and the mechanic there addressed the issue and changed the battery that was bad. Funny thing is, the guy that got it right (Navy veteran,sonar expert, good guy) quit working there shortly after. The guy that misdiagnosed the problem is the guy that will be looking at your boat/jetski/atv. It's always the good employees that leave you, the bad ones you can't run off. I wouldn't work there either. I cannot describe in words the way that I implore any potential boat/atv buyer to go elsewhere and do business. Bradford Marine, you can block me from your Facebook page, but I promise you, I will be in every closed Facebook group, bass tournament, tackle shop, bar room conversation, or anywhere someone is considering buying a boat in Arkansas to tell my story. Purchased a boat brand new there 3 years ago with an 8 year warranty on the motor. The warning horn went off on the motor the other day. I took it in to have them take a look to see what the problem was and asked them to go ahead and change the spark plugs and fuel filter while they had it, out of convenience. Not only could they not figure out what was wrong, they charged me $247 to change two spark plugs and a fuel filter. They also had my boat a week and a half. Really felt like I wasn't valued as a customer while I was there. WILL NOT be doing business with them ever again. read more

When I went in the first two times no one ever said a word to me. I knew what I wanted already. I took my husband in to look so he would know what I was buying. Once we got the sales man he was nice enough. I started it up first time this year and the check engine light was on. I called them they said bring it in. I have no truck or trailer my husband had passed away days before this. They would not help be get it to them! I have given them so much money! I have to take the time to thank Bradford Marine. We ran into a situation while at the lake with our Mercury outboard motor on a Saturday morning. I called the service department at Bradford Marine to get help with the problem. I was connect with Adam in the service department. After a couple of attempts to correct the problem through phone conversations the attempts failed. Adam told me I could bring the boat to the service department and he would put it in line to be worked on. My 18 year old grandson went with me to drop the boat off. When we got there, Adam met us and asked to see the boat, saying it may be something simple we could fix without leaving it for service. Adam spent about 30 minutes trouble shooting the motor and finally found the faulty part. Not only did he work hard to get us going again but explained every thing he did to my grandson. Now days this type of dedicated service is hard to fine and will be a customer going forward. Thanks Bradford Marine of Springdale, Arkansas and Adam for all your efforts in getting a 73 year old man and his grandson back on the water. read more
