Everything absolutely exceeded our expectations. Their attention to detail, compassion, and patience translated into a beautiful ceremony and burial that will stay with us forever. Their graphics guy did an amazing job with the prayer card and portrait. We were amazed at our restful our Dad looked when we said our last goodbye. They put together a poignant burial with military honors. We will recommend Pippin to all of our friends as we know they'll be well taken care of during the most difficult time of their lives.

Communication was always there fore front and they went above and beyond to make sure my wife's needs and the needs of her family were met. There were several additional items we could've been charged for but the fees were waived. They never made us feel rushed or pressured to pay for additional services. They were truly a blessing in our time of need. Mike Jr. even went as far as giving the clothes off his back. We purchased a suit for my father-in-law but it was too small. Mike Jr. gave us a suit of his own at no extra charge. They helped us arrange transporting my father-in-law back to his home of Queens NY in the middle of a pandemic at the epicenter. Wow. Everything was done in perfect order and the staff were attentive. I would have liked to see them all in the same color attire (suits and ties) as they representation is the best of the best!
