My results were horrible I still have bags under my eyes and there is no difference in them before or after just a horrible recovery period where I had swelling bruising and skin discoloration for 8 months after surgery. I'm sure she probably gets it right with most patients but she did not get it right with me, nor did the office attempt to make things right in anyway possible. I was misdiagnosed twice for what turned out to be a garden variety fungal infection. It seems when they don't know what they are looking at they fall back on doing a core biopsy. When I requested to see a real doctor I was informed that she wasn't taking new patients, so it was the incompetent PAs or nothing. I spoke to the office manager who tried to convince me that the PA who treated me has been with the practice for 5 years so just as good as seeing the Dr. Seeing I was getting nowhere with this practice I went to another local practice who had no problem scheduling me with a real Dr. who immediately and accurately diagnosed my issue.

She was honest about what would work with my skin, I have very dry skin, and also the color palettes that I chose. I asked for her opinions and we compromised, I trusted her since she was the expert. I had my trial at her home office and fell in love with the look she created for me. It was very soft and romantic but bold enough to last me through the entire night. I had to go out afterwards, and received so many compliments. We had two separate ceremonies when the wedding came, we had a tea ceremony as well as a traditional wedding. She created two unique looks for both days since my outfits were also very different. I had the best experience with her. She is laid back but very professional. My bridal party all loved their look as well and even through the heat during our photography sessions, our make up stayed put! It was about 85-90 degrees that day and I was impressed that our look did not melt off by then. She made jokes and helped keep me entertained the whole morning during prep. Her prices were fair, and included lashes, which you think you never need but you must. I personally did not get them because I got extensions, but everyone else did. She and her team mate finished my party of myself, 6 bridesmaids, 2 mothers, 1 grandmother and a number of other people that wanted make up just as guests in a very efficient and well paced manner. I would not hesitate to recommend to any other bride. I had two make up trials before this and I was not as excited until Jen did my make up.
