I contacted Toronto LX Limo to enquire about booking transportation for a wedding. I had previously…read morechecked out their website, and had an idea of what it would cost so I contacted them to request a final quote. I needed to book a 10 passenger van, for 3 hours. Based on their website, this should have cost around $300 (plus tax & tip). When I was contacted by the company, they quoted me $845!! This was based on a higher hourly rate than was listed on their website. When I asked why, their answer was that they had quoted me the hourly rate for the weekend I requested. Their website does not indicate that the rates may fluctuate based on the booking weekend. Next they told me that the minimum booking period was 6 hours, when their website clearly states the minimum booking period for that vehicle is 2 hours. When I asked why, I was told that it's a prom Saturday. Again, their website does not state that the minimum booking period might be subject to change based on your dates. So, basically I was told that the rates listed on their website are in no way accurate, and they can charge you whatever they feel like that day, and the minimum booking periods listed are in no way accurate, and they can set whatever minimum period they feel like. I found their customer service to be especially terrible, and have zero confidence that they would be a trustworthy or reliable company based on this experience. BEWARE!

TERRIBLE company! Ruined our son's wedding!! What should have been a 3 mins drive to church ended…read moreup being 45 mins! The bride and bridal party were 30 mins late and ended up having to skip half of the ceremony! We all arrived at the church in tears! NO APOLOGY from the driver for not listening to us when we told him he was going the wrong way!!! The limo was dirty, torn carpet, & no glasses or ice for our champagne. We also had a bus that took us from the church to reception. There was no air conditioning and it was 80+ degrees outside...the bus was sweltering. Then they had the nerve to ask for more money AND LIED about what happened! If there is no refund we will be pursuing legal action! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

We booked 2 busses over fall 2017 for a two bus move/2-week itinerary; SkyWay Coach Line's rates…read morewent close to 40% beyond the prices we're used to signing with other transportation companies in Ontario. With such a high price point, we were expecting top notch services but we received two of the worst buses we had ever been dispatched (the vehicles were over 10 years old, poorly maintained, very noisy, video systems were down, AC problems met over the entire duration of these trips - causing heavy complaints from final passengers) The assistance provided by SkyWay Coach Lines was lacking entirely, the groups were basically left on their own while on the road. We repeatedly contacted Skyway about the multiple issues yet nothing could be done and NO commercial gesture was issued either.
