From start to finish, this was an extremely professional and well-organized experience. The tour guide was knowledgeable, engaging, and kept everything moving smoothly throughout the day. One of the best parts is how convenient the pickup system is -- they have pickup locations near all the major hotels in Toronto, which makes the whole process incredibly easy for travelers. There are several add-on options for the tour, and I highly recommend three of them: 1. The boat ride into the falls 2. Journey Behind the Falls 3. The helicopter ride The helicopter ride especially is one of those "you only live once" experiences. If it's outside your budget, though, the boat ride and Behind the Falls are still more than enough to make for an amazing full day. One thing I'd personally skip is the tower stop. The views are fine, but honestly the tower in Toronto is much better. Now for the one major warning: the cancellation and rescheduling policy is brutal. Even if your flight is delayed or canceled and you provide proof, you are still out the full amount. No refund, no reschedule, no flexibility. We learned this the hard way after our flight got badly delayed. I contacted them hoping to move our booking to the next day and basically got told, "good luck and goodbye." That said... the story has a happy ending. We ended up sprinting through the airport, grabbing a taxi directly from the terminal to the pickup location, and arrived at 8:03 for an 8:00 AM pickup. I had been communicating with them during the chaos and they agreed to hold the bus for five minutes. We used three of those five minutes like it was the final scene of an action movie... but we made it. In the end, I absolutely recommend this tour. Just book carefully, maybe avoid scheduling it immediately after your arrival flight, or get travel insurance for peace of mind. If you plan ahead, you're going to have an incredible time with a professional, organized tour company at Niagara Falls.

I hate driving to Niagara Falls, the traffic is horrible. I often get work done on my computer and the free on-board Wi-Fi is a nice touch. And, having an on board toilet is an added bonus for us older folk. It's costs $50, but you get $40 back in chips to play at the casino and if you play it right, like I did last time, the trip costs nothing. Staff were courteous and helpful. While they offer same day service, I recommend calling ahead to reserve a spot during summer months as busses can fill up quick.

It was specifically listed as "Old Town Free Walking Tour of Toronto, Gratuity-Based," and it worked out perfectly, as the other person wasn't looking for a food tour, which is why we didn't do one at St. Lawrence Market. The meeting place was Berczy Park, and there was a booking fee of around 7 CAD per person. If I recall correctly, tours were available at 10:00 AM, 2:00 PM, and 6:00 PM, and there was a suggested gratuity of 30 CAD. For our English-language tour, I think there were around 25 people, but there is also a private tour available. Our tour guide was Darren, a friendly guy who kept the group together and gave some very useful information while sprinkling in the occasional joke or something similar for some levity. He answered questions as best as he could, pointed out some things we hadn't noticed, and was overall excellent. We kept up a pretty brisk pace, which I didn't mind, and he had said that we could slow down if needed. The tour went through many different places, with the tour eventually ending at Union Station. Roxanne, our driver, was amazing as she navigated Manhattan traffic, taking the bus through spots that most would avoid even in a compact car. The bus itself was clean, although the seats were less than comfortable for such a long drive, even with frequent rest stops. The hotel was lovely, and breakfasts were very good. We likely will not do another bus tour, preferring to set our own schedule, but this was an excellent way to see New York for the first time.

Our Tour Director was Natasha and Driver named Miriam on a Kunkel coach bus. The trip was scheduled for travel on day 1 and 4. Day 2 and 3 was a guided tour and happened to be two of the hottest & humid days in NYC; 90 followed by 100 degrees temperature only! The hotel was very nice and the guided part of the trip was just enough history and information about the sights to make it a very memorable vacation. Crossing the border was an unbelievable experience, both TO in record time and BACK having the bus searched, all luggage and all passengers had to carry in all their belongings & purchases into the Customs office for processing. Thank you Natasha and Miriam for making it an exciting adventure!
