They wrote out an estimate and was given a day that they could come and do the work. Patrick Fiona owner is terrific, very nice.He was here and he sent a worker , and they completed the work all in one day! I feel that they are very honest, reliable and the prices are reasonable. We would totally recommend them to anybody who needs a new roof or has a leak in their roof!!!

Buyer beware. HAMILTON BROS ROOFING - Pompano Beach…read more I hired Patrick Hamilton in June 2023 to repair a roof leak in the master bathroom of my Coronado model home in The Bridges, Delray Beach. I paid $2,650 for the job. Less than two years later (May 2025), water started pouring from the exact same spot again. When I called him back, he came out and quoted me another $2,650, claiming it was a different leak and that his work is only covered for one year. He also pointed out an unrelated area in my garage and tried to upsell me additional repairs for over $4,000 total. When I questioned why I should pay again for a problem that clearly wasn't fixed properly the first time, he simply repeated that he only offers a one-year warranty and "this is Florida, it rains a lot." I found this experience to be very disappointing and feel it reflects poor workmanship and questionable business practices.

They are responsive - phone calls are always answered or, at worst, returned the same day. They are polite and professional - and we always get straight answers. There has never been an "upsell" - we've never been told that we need a new roof. The message has always been - this is what's broken and here's how we fix it. I always get a detailed (and understandable) report, usually with arial photos taken by drone. Work has always been done on time and professionally. Once repairs were made we've never had a problem in the same general area. Finally, Mike is the consummate professional. He is a true professional and gentleman. I cannot offer higher praise.

Today (Palm Sunday) we had a leak in the part of the roof Mike hadn't originally installed. I gingerly texted Mike to ask his advice. What I got back was well more than anything I could have expected. Mike called to tell me his supervisor, Travis, was already en route to our house. I then got a call from Travis saying he was twenty minutes out. 18 minutes later, he was at the door. He reviewed the leak inside, got his ladder and climbed up the roof and within ten minutes, was back down and showing me pictures of where he'd determined a dryer vent had let water in. Mike called me back to tell me he had a team he could send. Now. I told him it's Palm Sunday, I don't want to take your guys away from their families. Mike said, they are busy all week, this is my best chance to get this fixed. It won't take more than four hours. I agreed and within an hour, there they were at the door, ready to go. They cleared the tile, laid proper under layers - three layers in total. Then buttoned it all up again and were done within two and a half hours. I got a full set of pictures from Mike explaining every step of what was done. All this would be great on a weekday. But a Sunday? Palm Sunday? I am just in awe. From a customer perspective, it's like having a choice of hiring superheros like Mike and his team, or saying no thank you - I prefer the usual sheisters and snake oil salesmen that typically make up the roofing business. You can spin the wheel and take your chances - but for me - I just feel damn lucky to have found someone who provides this level of service and this quality of work all for a really modest price.

FQR came as a highly regarded referral from close friends who also used FQR to install their new roof within the last 2 years. German Duarte the Founder & President and Deborah Haase the Office Administrator were outstanding throughout the entire process. German and Deborah were always accessible and very responsive to all of my questions and concerns via email, text and telephone. I went with the Boral Barcelona 900 tiles (Chestnut Burnt color) and CertainTeed Flintlastic SA CAP Commercial underlayment. FQR is fully licensed, insured and provides a 10-year workmanship warranty against leaks on sloped roofs. From start to finish, FQR took under 2 weeks to complete my job which included previous roof tear off, underlayment and new tile installation and township inspections. The FQR crew was on-time starting no later than 8am and finishing around 6pm each and everyday on my project until it was completed. They did an excellent job of cleaning up my and my neighbor's property at the conclusion of their work each day. German and FQR are very transparent, no hidden charges and extremely communicative if job must be postponed for a day or 2 due to rainy weather. The entire FQR team deserves a 5 star rating. I highly recommend you consider FQR if you are in the market for a new roof for your home!

Everyone from the…read moreowner of the company to the office staff and the hard working guys out in the field is what makes FQR one of the very best in South Florida. We chose Florida Quality Roofing wisely and carefully after interviewing more than 5 companies and could not have asked for a better experience than we received from them. Most companies will send a salesman out to talk to you but with FQR the OWNER comes out! German (the owner ) is far from a high powered salesman, he's about as mellow as one can get!! I like that, I don't like being pressured. He discussed the different types of metal roofs that were available and what he recommended and what he didn't. We formulated a plan and within a week German provided the cost and said our roofing material was available. We went with the plan and a month later we had a beautiful brand new roof. I learned a lot about metal roofs. They are labor intensive, much more complicated than asphalt shingle roofs. You really need a skilled crew of workers to install a metal roof correctly. Florida Quality Roofing has been around for a very long time, rare for roofing companies, they know what they're doing. I would hire them for any kind of roof.

There are no skilled, knowledgeable, and honest contractors working at this company. They are all just full of lies, false promises, disrespect and absolutely have no idea how to deliver a good job.  Our experience with them started with the original project manager not showing up and they told us we assigned a new contractor (Eric) and you now need to pay $2K extra to complete the project with the new contractor! After so many back and forths, we agreed to this and the nightmare started!Eric was only at our property for a total of 20 min for a week, had no supervision over the job, and lied to us many many times. Everything they touched was a mess since the workers were not skilled at all and there was no supervision from the project manager. We had to go through multiple iterations for everything including shower tile, wood floors, paint and baseboards and at the end the job was not completed properly . They had no respect for your time; always showing up late  and keep working till late evening . We had a baby at home and working with them was an absolute pain for the past month. At the end, the second contractor (Bendy) showed up to install the glass shower door at 5 PM on a Friday and he did a horrible job, the glass door was misplaced and screws were not aligned. He did not do proper measurements and due diligence prior to glass door placement . We ended up with a misaligned hole in the new stones in the shower and now have to hire another company to fix this. They told us that you had to buy a new door for the shower in the first place but they NEVER EVER advised us to do so before installing the mis-level door. We did not allow them to touch anything else in our house due to the damage they caused and fire them. The down payment (50% of the contract) was not refunded to us although we have to do almost everything again. Contractors are super negligent and the owner did not take responsibility at all despite multiple calls and messages. If I could post without giving any stars I would. Don't be fooled by the fake great reviews you see on this company. PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT HIRE THEM AND SAVE YOURSELF.
