They were very friendly and kept me updated with what I needed. They also had to do a special order for the oil for my car, to change it, but it didn't take very long. T-Mobile Tuesday combined with Fuel Rewards is amazing. At this particular Gas Station, I have been able to save in upwards of $.20 per gallon. This gas station is easy to get to; however, not to be confused, because there is like maybe 1 other Shell Gas Station in the area! I prefer this one because it is more affordable than the other. The only thing that was wonky was that I came to the gas station one day, intended to pay with cash and could not because the inside was closed and it was maybe 6:45pmish. I will look at the hours of operation next time I intend to pay cash. I just utilized another form of payment and was still able to get my discount. There are quite a few pumps and I have never had to wait, which is good. The Gas Station is situated on 2 major streets, so you can get to it easily. Unfortunately, my experience matches what other reviewers have described. Also, this company has a few unresolved BBB complaints recently. In May 2022, they installed a throttle body on my 2007 Ford Explorer. Shortly afterward, the vehicle began having intermittent stalling, and it has steadily worsened. A throttle body should last 100,000 miles or the life of the vehicle, so this kind of failure this soon after installation is unacceptable. Last week, a second mechanic at a Yelp four-star shop inspected it and said the throttle body was "faulty out of the box" and not a Motorcraft or Original Equipment Supplier part. When I brought the vehicle back to Eric's, they kept it for three full days, then told me "nothing is wrong" and attempted to charge me $125 to "look into it" -- exactly the kind of delay and added fees others have warned about. The manager blamed the delay on having only one mechanic and my vehicle being "in line." To make it worse, they claimed the warranty had expired, but when I asked for the signed warranty documentation, they couldn't produce it. If you're going to deny coverage, you should be able to provide the paperwork you say I agreed to. Run -- don't walk -- away from this shop.
