My truck was hit in December and I didn't receive my truck back until March/April which was not really fault of theirs they say due to parts being backed up at this time. The truck was back to its original self and looking clean except the truck bed was cracked still so I asked them to fix it. I guess they must've been in a rush because when they sprayed the bed it got little black specs all over my truck's paint job. They apologized and said they would take care of it but have they followed up? Nope, I've left a voicemail and they don't check 'em or follow up with you. The girl didn't give clear directions about drop off said she'd call to confirm the date of drop off and then called the day of wondering where I was... I've called and spoke to the owner, given him dates for drop off, & no call back. It feels like the runaround. 3 out of 5 because it got done, I'm thankful but it was not done thoroughly. Check the work thoroughly before you sign or drive off.
