    I would like to warn anyone who is considering purchasing a vehicle from Madera Ford to think twice…read moreabout it. My initial truck buying experience with Madera Ford was actually fine, which makes what happened afterward even more frustrating. At the time of purchase, I ordered a safe for the truck that wasn't available yet. They attempted to install it twice, and both times they showed up with the wrong part. After the second failed attempt, I asked for a refund of the $400 I paid. They agreed to issue the refund. Separately, there was a defect in the paint protection on the hood. The dealership agreed to cover the repair and told me they would send a check so I could have it fixed locally. As of today, I have received neither the $400 refund nor the check for the paint repair and I have been COMPLETELY GHOSTED by not only the salesman Mitch Riegelhoth but the finance manager, Matt, the General Manager Shaun Keenan and even the owner Lak. I have: * Reached out to the original salesperson Mitch Riegelhoth multiple times over the last month. He will not take my call or respond to my text messages. * Spoke with the finance manager Matt on 3/31/26 , who promised a callback the next day (never happened) * Spoke directly with the GM Shaun Keenan on 4/1/26 , who said he would call me back the same day, he never did. I left him another message on 4/6/26 and he never called me back. * I sent a letter on 4/8/26 to the owner, Lak Brar because the dealership would not give me an email address to reach him. In the letter I explained how I have been treated and even included screen shots from Mitch telling me I would be receiving these payments. * NO RESPONSE FROM ANY OF THESE PEOPLE. I WOULD STRONGLY ADVISE YOU NOT TO DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE. This is not about a complicated issue -- it's simply about honoring commitments that were already agreed to. The lack of accountability and communication is unacceptable. If you're considering doing business here, just be aware that once the deal is done, getting follow-through on anything afterward will be very difficult.
