Had trouble with other Smog Check places because my catalytic is no longer Carb certified but was installed during the certified years. As long as you have proof it was installed during certified years you pass. Just show a receipt from Catalytic shop or a passing test during the certified years. Many others wouldn't pass me, I called the California Referree and submitted complaints. This testing site new the rules and passed me just like the referree said they should.
