I noted that there were several employees in the store but shrugged it off. As we walked around I grabbed a few bras and tried them on but was confused on which size I was suppose to be so I looked around for the lady that usually has a tape measure around her neck but found no one like that. I just assumed they were short staffed today and didn't have someone to measure me and didn't want to bother those that were working the cash register and stocking. After about 45 minutes of being in there feeling confused on which size I am, I found one bra (though I was hoping to leave with 3) and went to checkout. There I met this lady with short blonde dreads. She said "what's up" and took my bra to ring up, at that moment I noticed 2 women walk in the store and every sales associate on the floor greet them and one of them go up and ask if they needed to be fitted for a bra. I was shocked. I had been in there for close to an hour and no one had even looked at me. I said "oh there is someone to measure here, I thought y'all didn't have one in today." And the lady extremely rudely responded "how we gonna know you need help if you ain't gonna say nothin?!?!?" I responded "usually someone greets us and asks if I need to be measured, I just wasn't sure." She looked at me with an attitude and responded "yeah well maybe you should ask." I was completely floored and told her to just forget my bra and I'd get it online. When I went out to the car I told my boyfriend what happened, he went inside to speak to the manager. As he was talking to the manager about what happened the cashier lady starts yelling at him from across the store in front of everyone. This is absolutely insane and ridiculous. Y'all's store should be embarrassed with the employees you choose to be the face of your brand.

Opry Mills is much more than a shopping mall. Built on the former grounds of the beloved Opryland…read moreTheme Park, it's now Tennessee's largest outlet and value retail destination, with more than 200 stores, restaurants, and entertainment options all under one roof. What I appreciated most was how easy everything was. Parking was plentiful and free, access from the freeway was straightforward, and despite its size, I never felt overwhelmed. The indoor layout makes it a perfect destination when Nashville's summer heat or a rainy day changes your plans. The variety is impressive. Whether you're hunting for bargains at Coach, Michael Kors, Polo Ralph Lauren, Nike Factory Store, Saks OFF 5TH, or dozens of other retailers, there's something for just about everyone. If shopping isn't your thing, there are plenty of dining options ranging from quick bites to sit-down restaurants, plus entertainment like Regal Cinemas, Dave & Buster's, and the massive Bass Pro Shops. Its location next to the iconic Gaylord Opryland Resort and the Grand Ole Opry makes it an easy addition to any Nashville itinerary. Even if you're in town primarily for music, this is a worthwhile stop for a few hours. If I had one suggestion, it would be to wear comfortable walking shoes. This place is enormous, and you'll easily log a few miles before the day is over. Life is too short not to eat well or travel well. If you're visiting Nashville, add Opry Mills to your list. You just might leave with a few great finds and a lot more steps than you planned.

No customer should ever leave a store feeling embarrassed or judged because of their body. Shopping is supposed to be a positive experience, and instead I left feeling hurt and uncomfortable. I hope management takes this seriously and speaks with their employees about treating every customer with kindness, respect, and professionalism. I won't be returning until I know customers are treated better.

We circled the shoe area trying to find the one she had in mind. As we were chatting about different options, I looked down and there it was! It was exactly what she described and she was elated. A sales associate approached us to help and placed the request using an iPad. As we waited, he returned a couple times to let us know that they're having a difficult time locating the pair due to inventory moving around because of the sale, but they're working on it. After several more minutes, Kandace was sent to assist us further. She said that the shoe could not be found but offered the option to ship it. Unfortunately, our daughter is moving out of her apartment in a couple days, so this was not ideal. I instead asked for it to be shipped to the store. She didn't hesitate to assist with that. We encountered a couple issues as she was trying to process the transaction. The only solution was for me to place the order myself on the app. She was quite apologetic for the inconvenience, but she was too sweet and helpful to find her at fault. It took me just a few minutes to place the order. We then decided to check-out the sale rack on our way out. The daughter fell in love with a Damson Madder mini dress. It was a perfect fit and 35% off -- I had to buy it. Cidney was the sales associate at the register. She was so much fun to chat with as she handled our transaction. She offered recommendations for other pieces and almost convinced me to purchase a super-cute Free People cardigan. :) Friendly, fantastic service from Nordstrom at the Mall at Green Hills, especially during the weekend at one of their busiest times!
