Terrible Customer Service!! My daughter went there to buy some running shoes based on my…read morerecommendation. The sales person did a scan of her feet and everything, and sold her the "perfect pair of shoes" for her. She started running and quickly had issues with her feet hurting. I told her to go back with her shoes. She went back today (27 May 26) and explained her issues. The salesman today told her about the sales person that sold her the previous pair of shoes "it was probably some new person who didn't know what they were talking about" and that they sold her a narrow toe boxed shoe when she needed a wider toe box show. He gladly sold her a new pair of shoes that should work for her. After their mistake and her buying the shoes they recommended, they didn't take them back, offer her a discount or anything. Just sold her a new pair of shoes. I know I will pay more for shoes at Fleet Feet. I'm ok with that, but I expect professional sales people who know what they are talking about and will make accurate recommendations. I'm very disappointed as this definitely isn't the way a company should do business.

This company is terrible, I highly recommend going anywhere else. I sent an e-mail about my dissatisfaction, but it was to the wrong store at the mall I had visited. This wasted a month of time after trying to reach their district manager on the phone for weeks. I had left the shoes that did not fit at the rack room (what am I going to do with shoes that do not fit me). I got in touch with the store(rack room) in e-mail but they could not confirm my purchase because their system could not find my order receipt. I provided a bank statement to prove I bought these shoes with my debit card, but this was not enough to prove I bought shoes. One month after I bought these shoes I was told on a phone call to go back to the store and "see if anyone maybe remembers me" so I can get the shoes and take pictures of them to show their condition. This is a huge hassle and a waste of my time because odds are a retail employee one month later will not remember my face, enjoy my $76.64 donation because I was done after this. I will go elsewhere and I recommend you do as well.

COVID-19 Shopping Experience…read more I only have two words...Amazon Return. I have utilized this service 3 times since out of quarentine and absolutely love it. The store has signage directing you to the contactless Amazon Return counter. No need for a return label, box, or tape. They box it up and send it back for you, so convenient. Staff scans the return barcode sent by email with no questions asked. I received a 25% off coupon to use in store. Winning. Eventhough I never plan on shopping I have used the coupon everytime. I must say I have a love/hate relationship with Kohl's in general but this location is one of my favorites. Staff are always friendly and helpful even while wearing masks, offers assistance as needed, encourage customers to social distance, and the store and female restroom are clean.
