Came here on a Wednesday morning so it was pretty slow. The manager welcomed us and ended up being extremely friendly and helpful. I bought a mirror for our front entrance and a table console piece that will go beneath it. The manager checked us out and helped us load it in the car. This store is amazing and has tons of interesting pieces that opened up our sense of decorating. We will be back.

I understand that this decision won't put them out of business, but we will no longer be a customer at this location. My advice is to shop online or go to Nashville if you're a Kirkland's fan in the Clarksville area. She was adamant that the delivery team did not knock my door off the hinge. Corporate management called me with the followup that they do not wish to deliver my purchased furniture to the sum of $15K. I need my refund immediately for the undelivered furniture and that you refuse to deliver. It is fraud. I don't have the furniture so please refund my cash. I have never experienced such immaturity and discourteous from management. Is it racism? Is there inappropriate relations occurring with Amanda and the help? What was the reason I experienced this? This is a Lawsuit.
