I reached out to have some hats embroidered and the experience was terrible from the start. Communication was lacking -- Chris barely read my emails and seemed uninterested in earning my business. I provided all necessary info and dropped off my blanks on April 25th. I was told the turnaround time was 10 days and that I'd receive an update. I emailed on Monday, May 5th to check in -- no response. I called on Tuesday the 6th and was told I'd get a text update -- nothing. I followed up again on Wednesday and they said they'd "check the status," yet still no follow-up. Out of frustration, I went in person on Thursday, May 8th. Chris was dismissive and arrogant. When I asked for my blanks back, she told me they weren't even at the shop -- they were at her house. then she tried faking a phone call to her husband to bring them up then her phone rang in the middle of her "talking to him" If they can't be excellent with customer service and communication, I can't trust them to be excellent with the job itself.
