I have mixed feelings about this location. The employees are five star--friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. When one considers the prices, the quality of late has not matched. (I'm seeing cheap, mismatched seams, unfinished stitching, etc. They do have some good sales and I'd really like to take advantage of them. Unfortunately, it seems every time I find something I love it's never in my size. I do appreciate the employees patience as I keep trying to find a substitute and endlessly try on outfits. This is my most favorite store. 99% of my wardrobe is Torrid and has been for years. As a curvy woman I appreciate stylish clothing that fits me comfortably and nicely. When I moved to Arizona 2 years ago I set in search for a new Torrid location. I walked into this location and I was immediately greeted, let know of the current promotions and asked if there was anything they could help me find. They were all very friendly and helpful and I felt like I was shopping with a friend. This location carries a pretty good amount of clothing, although smaller than what I am previously used to. The store is always well kept and clean. It is easy to shop and you have a comfortable amount of space to navigate while shopping. I highly recommend this location for an overall wonderful shopping experience. Conveniently Bath and Body Works , Ross, Ulta and Old Navy are neighbors of Torrid making this location even more desirable. read more

The quality of their merchandise has definitely went downhill I think they changed vendors! After waiting four weeks for these sandals I wore them for three hours and they were ruined! I tried to post this on their website but they didn't except it for obvious reasons lol! The clothing is starting to give me fashion nova vibes cheapy one time wears! If you're gonna charge such high prices for your items they shouldn't be so cheap! I've been wearing torrid for a decade and things have definitely changed the materials idk! Hands down, this is the best Torrid store I've been to ever. The employees are all friendly, helpful, and happy to answer any questions you have or help you sort out the best deals. I was trying to decide if I'd save more money with my Haute Cash next week or take advantage of the in-store sales they have right now and we all did the math and figured out that before the Haute Cash was going to save me more money! Kind, considerate, and not annoyed to want to help me (the latter is the typical experience I have at most stores and how employees usually seem annoyed to help me). This is now the only Torrid store I'll visit since the experience was so pleasant and different from most Torrid stores. read more

This whole company is a scam. They charge ridiculous prices for cheap clothes. They send emails out to fill out a survey and you'll get $50.00 in Torrid Cash but when you get to the end it says you didn't fill out all the questions, which is a lie. There is 4 of us doing the survey and the same thing keeps happening. They get their survey and you get nothing. Go to Lane Bryant. read more

Visited the store to exchange an order I bought online. Lacey helped me & was super helpful finding the right size fit! She also helped me pick out some jewelry for a wedding I was going to that night. I ended up coming back the next day to buy a jacket I eyed while I was there the day before. Lacey remembered me & was quick to ask me how the wedding went! I really was impressed with this store I ended up getting a Torrid card lol awesome experience here! read more

I've worked with a lot of companies that have great customer service, but no one has been as good to me at Torrid has been. I've had a few defective pieces of clothing and the manager swapped them out for me even when they were a little outside of the return period. This means a lot to me because there are a lot of companies that don't do the right thing for the customer, but Torrid definitely does and I'm extremely grateful for the exceptional customer service I get each and every time I come in here. This store has exceeded my expectations and I will happily continue to spend lots of money there on my Torrid credit card. I always enjoy coming here it's wonderful that they have a store for women that are plus size it makes it that much easier to find something that will look good and fit nicely this establishment has a very wide selection of items they sell dresses shirts bras underwear shorts and they also sell fragrances which smell really good the staff here is very friendly and very helpful and will even help fit you in a bra that will fit you great They also have business attire such as slacks nice blouses better business attire everything they sell here is made from the best quality they definitely go above and beyond when it comes to helping you find exactly what you were looking for to make sure you have exactly what you need to make it that much more of a great experience I personally know firsthand how hard it could be to find plus size clothing at non-plus size clothing stores it is great that they have stores like this to make it that much easier for people like me I highly recommend this establishment for anybody looking for a great clothes and much more they definitely have it all thank you torrid in Phoenix I appreciate everything you guys do read more

Not only the best fit of my life with fashionista flair, but the staff here I can't even begin to describe. Joy and Alishwa... where did you come from? They figured out my styles, my size, they understand what I'm trying to describe, and help me realize who I am way before I did! I CANNOT even think of shopping at a different store, or even a different Torrid location, because these ladies are fashion OG's!! Have you ever walked into a store and someone immediately recognizes you, remembers your name, and all your sizes? Well, you will when you frequent this store. This location is amazing. Every time I've been in here the staff has been super friendly and helpful. I forgot my haute cash today but they were able to look up my account and see how many were on there and honor them. The store is always very nice and clean as well.
